A motor 3 is controlled by a controller 8, and its power is supplied from a battery 9. The battery 9 is connected to a plurality of solar cells 11 through a charging control circuit 10 as required. A start signal for the motor 3 to the controller 8 is given from a receiver 12, and the opening signal is given by a portable transmitter 13 operating the sluice opening machine from a remote area. The sluice opening data for sluice opening sensor 7 is transmitted to the receiver 12 via controller and also is transmitted as radio signal, and its signal is received by the transmitter 13 and the degree of slice opening is indicated on a display of the transmitter.
