加圧レバー30に荷重がかけられたときにも支点が移動
してしまわない様に定着ローラユニットや画像形成装置
の側板のような支持部材に固定されており、支点ピン3
7自体も加圧レバー30の荷重に十分耐えうる用な材料
で構成されている。また、支点ピン37の形状は加圧レ
バー30に設けられている前記支点用切り欠き31の円
形部の直径とほぼ同等またはそれよりも若干大きい直径
を有する円柱部35のと前記円柱部35の直径よりも大
きい傘部37とで形成されている。また、前記円柱部3
5の長さ、即ち前記支持部材と前記傘部との距離nは前
記加圧レバー30の厚さmとほぼ同等もしくは若干長い
程度に維持されており、加圧レバー30が支持部材と傘
部37間にはめ込まれるように収まるため、スラスト方
向にがたつかないようになっている。本実施例の加圧部
