Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an accurate dosing of oxygen by a method wherein a hole is provided within a nostril clip disposed at the end of a bellows at the tip of an oxygen tube to pass the oxygen and a large roundness is made and turned inward at the tip of an external part to get a catheter unmoved. SOLUTION: A bellows 2 freely varying angle horizontally is provided at the tip of an oxygen tube 3 and a nostril clip 1 is mounted at the tip of the bellows. A hole is provided inside the nostril clip 1 to pass oxygen from an oxygen tube 3 and the tip of the external part thereof is angled inward with a large roundness to pinch a nose. In operation, the nostril clip 1 is fixed at the center part of the nose by slightly forcing it and when removing it, the clip is pulled being slightly opened. This prevents deviation from the nose even when an injured person moves his head part thereby eliminating the need for fixing with an adhesive tape. Thus, the inhalation of oxygen is made possible while letting the nostril clip stimulate sensory nerves at the center part of the nose thereby helping nasal respiration with nostrils widened.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a nasal catheter for inhaling oxygen has been used when oxygen is administered. However, as soon as the head is moved, the catheter comes off the nose. Many patients receiving oxygen could not recover themselves and were sometimes left unsuited for long periods of time.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Therefore, in the medical field, oxygen administration is surely performed except for the drawback that it takes a lot of time to stop or correct the catheter with a banso or to fix it. This is the invention that I tried.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made to eliminate this drawback. Referring to the drawings, it is possible to freely change the angle at the tip of a hose for oxygen inhalation. A bellows portion is provided, and a nostril clip 1 through which oxygen passes (both tips are slightly angled inward and bulge with soft polyurethane or the like to form a clip) is fixed to the nose.

[Effects of the Invention] In the present invention, the use of a nostril clip allows the victim to move his / her head without slipping out of the nose, without having to fix it with a bansoko. It is a therapeutic device that widens the nasal cavity and stimulates nasal breathing by stimulating sensory nerves in the center.
