Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a floor heating panel which can be installed and removed easily and the arrangement can be modified easily. SOLUTION: A radiating tube 12 is laid on the surface side of a thermal insulating material 11 and a radiation plate 14 is pasted thereon. The radiating tube 12 is waved and the opposite ends thereof are projected from the end faces of the thermal insulating material 11. Flare parts are formed at the opposite ends and applied with nuts having tapered part being applied tightly to the outer circumferential surface thereof. A threaded shaft 16 having tapered faces being applied tightly to the inner circumferential surface of the flare part, at the opposite ends on the outer circumferential side, is secured to one end side by means of a nut 15. After a panel A is laid on the floor surface, the radiating tubes 12 are abutted each other at the ends thereof and coupled by means of the nut 15 and the threaded shaft 16.

Further, the reinforcing member 13 is made of a wooden square bar. The reinforcing material 13 is inserted into the slit 11 b of the heat insulating material 11 and is arranged along one of the side edges of the heat insulating material 11.
And 4. The heat radiating plate 14 is made of, for example, a copper plate, and the heat radiating plate 14 is fixed to the surface of the heat insulating material 11 with an adhesive or an adhesive tape in a state of being in contact with the heat radiating tube 12. Here, nuts 15 are provided at both ends of the radiator tube 12 respectively.

In particular, as shown in FIG. 4, flared portions 12a are formed at both ends of the heat radiating tube 12 by expanding the tube ends.
On the other hand, the nut 15 is an annular flare nut having a tapered portion 15a on the inner peripheral surface, and the tapered portion 15a is in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the flare portion 12a. The screw shaft 16 has a male screw 16a having the same diameter as the female screw 15b of the nut 15 on the outer circumference, and flared portions 12a at both ends on the outer circumference side.
Is formed with a tapered surface 16b which is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface.

Incidentally, the inner diameter of the screw shaft 16 is substantially equal to the inner diameter of the heat radiating tube 12, so that the heat medium can be smoothly circulated therein. Here, a cutout portion 17 is formed in a part of the panel A in which one end of the reinforcing member 13 is shorter than the length of the heat insulating material 11, and one end of the radiator tube 12 protrudes from the cutout portion 17. For this reason, the ends of the heat radiating tubes 12 can be connected to each other with the end faces of the adjacent panels A and A in close contact with each other.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, since the radiating pipes of the floor heating panels are connected by using the tubular screw members, compared with the conventional brazing. Installation is easy, and the heat radiation pipe can be securely connected with the fastening force of the screw member, so there is no danger of leakage of the heat medium.Furthermore, the screw member can be loosened and the heat radiation pipe can be separated, so that the panel can be removed after construction. The arrangement can be easily changed.

Further, since the screw shaft is fixed to each end or one end of the heat radiating tube as a tubular male screw component by a nut, the heat radiating tube of each panel is formed by using a tubular female screw component when the screw shaft is at both ends. In the case where the screw shaft is provided at only one end, the nut of each panel and the screw shaft can be connected to each other to easily connect the heat radiating pipe.
