適所に通気用小孔16を穿設し、上記保持リング3として
は、テーパ状の頂壁20の中央部に内筒21を設けて、該内
筒の外周をシリンダ1の上端部内周に回動自在に嵌合さ
せるとともに、頂壁20の中間部から内周面が係合面の係
合筒22を垂設して、該係合筒の内周を上記起立筒12の外
周とその係合突条13へ回動自在に嵌着係合させ、かつ、
頂壁20の周縁部から短い外周壁23を垂設して、該外周壁
