なり、7本以上になると管径が大きなものにしか使用で
きなくなると共に無理に使用するとフレキシブルシャフ
ト(2)の先端の暴れが少なくなって叩き付ける際の衝
撃力が激減されてバリ取り効果が少なくなる。更にフレ
キシブルシャフト(2)が中間部(1a)の端部まで折曲
しきれなくなって途中までしか入らなくなる恐れも生じ
るので、フレキシブルシャフト(2)の本数としては4

に奇麗に仕上げられているのが確認出来た。尚、前記超
小型空気式強力グラインダ−が回転されると、フレキシ
ブルシャフト(2)の先端が広がり、それが回転される
ので、フレキシブルシャフト(2)の先端は丁度ムチが
曲管(1)内面に叩き付けられる状態となるので、バリ
が完全に除去できると共に内面研磨も行われるのであ
る。

S字状やコの字状であっても、その中間部(1a)の穴
(11)に生じた内バリ(12)が簡単に且つ奇麗に除去出
来ると共に曲管(1)の内周面も奇麗に研磨した状態に
仕上げることも可能となるのである。
