Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a radiating function by placing a radiating part, which is formed by repeatedly bending a heat radiation pipe planarly or vertically, inside an upper surface opened heat resistant/water resistant structure casing, piling many sauna stones on that casing and sprinkling water from the upside. SOLUTION: A radiating part 6 is formed in the shape of almost pyramid- shaped coil gradually spreading its skirt while using a heat resistant or corrosion resistant metal pipe such as a stainless steel pipe for a heat radiation pipe 6'. Then, the top end part of fuel supply pipe 7 is connected to a top side radiation pipe 6T and an air exhaust pipe 11 is connected to a bottom side radiation pipe 6S. This is arranged on a placing plate 4 inside a sauna room SR, and a drain board 6Z in combination with a primary steam tray is disposed on the top side radiation pipe 6T at the radiating part 6. Further, for example, peridotite stones of product of Finland are loaded on the outside face of radiating part 6 as sauna stones ST. Much steam is generated by sprinkling water over the sauna stones ST and humidity is increased so that sauna effects can be improved by steam heat.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional general heater for a sauna uses an electric heater as a heat source, but the electric heater has a risk of electric shock due to electric leakage, and the energy cost itself is expensive and the running cost is very high. In recent years, instead of this, for example,
As disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 922 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-168455, sauna heaters using far-infrared radiation heat of a gas combustion type as a heat source are often used.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional far-infrared radiation type heater for a sauna, the entire heat radiating portion is formed in a panel type, or the heat radiation tube is simply bent up and down repeatedly. Each of these is a meandering plumbing structure, all of which are stones baked at a high temperature for a long time in a container, and the original Nordic type sauna that uses the high-temperature steam heat generated by applying water to it. The heat source (stove) is quite different from the heat source, and there is a problem of lack of practicality for a sauna.

Further, the conventional far-infrared radiation sauna heater uses far-infrared dry convection heat and radiation heat radiated from a panel plate or a heat radiation tube as heat sources.
It was recognized that there was a decisive difference in the presence or absence of humidity from the original sauna heat source using the above-described steam heat.

According to the means of the first aspect described in the above (1), the heat radiating portion formed by bending the heat radiating tube into various shapes is installed inside a casing having a heat-resistant and water-resistant structure. It is a structure with sauna stones loaded, so that the radiant heat of the far-infrared radiation radiated from the heat radiating unit burns and heats the loaded sauna stones. Because it can be radiated, you can expect the same effect as the original Nordic sauna stove that uses the baked stone as a heat source.
By applying water to this sauna stone heated by the heat radiation tube, it is possible to generate high-temperature steam heat,
It enables comfortable and body-friendly sauna bathing by radiant heat of far infrared rays containing appropriate humidity.

According to the means according to the second aspect described in the above (2), the entire heat radiating tube that emits far-infrared rays is formed in a substantially pyramid or conical coil shape whose skirt gradually widens. Therefore, by installing this inside the sauna room and loading the sauna stone, it gives the bather a wild and natural impression as if the heat source was piled up in the sauna room just in a pyramid shape From, compared with the conventional panel heater or sauna heater of meandering pipe structure,
A good impression close to the original Nordic type heat source for saunas can be given, and the heat radiation tubes are arranged in a substantially pyramidal or conical coil shape. Because it can be installed in a compact pipe, it has high thermal efficiency and enables a comfortable sauna bath at high temperatures.

According to the means according to claim 3 described in the above (3), of the water applied to the sauna stone, excess water that cannot be completely evaporated and falls from the vent hole is stored in the evaporating dish. There is no need to worry about the water wetting or soiling the floor of the sauna room, and the water accumulated in the evaporating dish is sequentially evaporated by the radiant heat radiated from the heat radiating tube, so it is necessary to perform complicated wastewater treatment. This makes it possible to spray the water on the sauna stone without any worries, making it possible to easily use a Nordic sauna heater.

According to the means according to the fourth aspect described in the above (4), a part of the heat radiation tube is extended and radiated to the floor and the wall surface of the sauna room or below the bench to radiate heat. ,
The temperature distribution in the sauna room can be made uniform, and the exhaust heat can be used effectively.

Since the sauna heater according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, the entire heat radiating tube 6 'may be formed in a substantially pyramidal or conical coil shape as shown in the drawing, or other various meandering shapes. The heat radiating portion 6 formed in a pipe or the like is mounted in a heat-resistant and water-resistant casing 1 installed inside the sauna room SR as shown in FIGS. When the combustion gas is sent, the radiator 6 is heated to radiate radiant heat (radiant heat) of far-infrared rays. In addition, the radiant heat and natural convective heat are generated by conducting and heating indoor air to radiate natural convection heat. , The inside of the sauna room SR can be heated and used for bathing in the sauna.

In addition, the radiant heat radiated from the heat radiating portion 6 heats the sauna stones ST loaded outside thereof to generate anions, so that the inside of the sauna room SR is wrapped with mellow hot air. Further, by spraying the heated sauna stones ST with water, a large amount of steam can be generated and the humidity of the sauna room SR can be raised, for example, by about 15%. Less irritation and enable the original Nordic sauna bathing.

Further, of the water applied to the sauna stones ST, surplus water that has flowed down without being evaporated can fall and accumulate in the evaporating dish 3 below the ventilation port 4A. There is no need to worry about the floor surface being wetted or dirty with water, and the water accumulated in the evaporating dish 3 is evaporated as it is by the heat of the radiator 6 and the combustion gas supply pipe 7, so that the time and effort of drainage can be saved. be able to.

Further, according to the present invention, a part of the heat radiation tube 6 'is extended so that the bench SH of the sauna room SR is extended as shown in FIG.
Because the pipes are installed below the floor, floor, or inside the wall, heat is also radiated from the bottom, floor, or wall, etc., of the bench SH away from the sauna heater, and the temperature distribution in the sauna room SR is made uniform. Can be kept.

As described above, according to the sauna heater of the present invention, the inside of the sauna room can be wrapped with mellow hot air containing steam heat, so that the skin is less irritating and comfortable. In addition to enabling a comfortable sauna bath, the entire length of the heat radiation tube is long and the whole is made compact,
The space inside the narrow sauna room can be used effectively, and it has the advantage of exhibiting excellent safety and heat dissipation effects.
