Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a storing structure within a wall passing-through sleeve member for a ventilation duct for use in connecting a ventilation device at an indoor device with an outer hood of an outdoor device and further eliminate necessity of increasing a sleeve diameter. SOLUTION: Either an air suction duct or air outlet duct at a ventilation device having a ventilation fan and an outer hood at an outdoor side are divided into a plurality of ventilation ducts 6A, 6B... from a connecting flow-joining part in a connection duct, wherein the divided ventilation ducts 6A, 6B... are constructed such that they are led out of a room through a sleeve 5 fitted to a wall part sleeve fitting hole and connected to the outer hood. With such an arrangement as above, each of diameters of the ventilation ducts 6A, 6B... passing through the sleeve 5 is reduced to be a fine diameter in response to the number of ducts as compared with the case in which one ventilation duct having a sectional surface of the sum of the sectional areas of them, a vacant space among each other refrigerant pieces 8A, 8B in the sleeve 5, a drain pipe 11 and an electrical wiring 9 is effectively utilized while the same ventilation amount is being assured so as to enable them to be positively passed and inserted. In addition, an increase of a diameter of the sleeve 5 and also a sleeve fitting hole diameter at the wall part becomes unnecessary.

2. Description of the Related Art There have been several types of separate type air conditioners in which an indoor unit is provided with a ventilation function. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, a ventilation fan 3 for supplying or exhausting air is provided in the indoor unit 1 separately from a fan for heat exchange, and an air suction duct of a fan casing of the ventilation fan 3 is provided. Alternatively, the air outlet duct is connected to an outdoor outside hood 7 through one ventilation duct 6 for air supply or exhaust. This ventilation duct 6
Is connected to the external hood 7, the indoor unit 1
The refrigerant pipes 8A and 8B, the electric wiring 9, the drain pipe 11 and the like that connect the air conditioner and the outdoor unit 10 are bundled together, and the sleeve 5 is fitted and fixed in the sleeve fitting hole 4 formed in the wall 2.

However, the sleeve fitting hole 4 formed in the wall portion 2 generally has a diameter of about 65 mm to 75 mm, and remains when the refrigerant pipes 8A and 8B, the drain pipe 11, the electric wiring 9 and the like are passed. There is not much room. On the other hand, it is not preferable to increase the diameters of the sleeve 5 and the sleeve fitting hole 4 from the viewpoint of aesthetic appearance and the strength of the wall 2. In addition, in order to increase the diameter of the sleeve fitting hole 4, an unusual construction is required, and there is a problem that the number of construction steps and costs are increased.

Another problem is that the duct must be bent. For example, the installation location of the indoor unit 1 and the position of the sleeve fitting hole 4 often do not coincide with each other due to the structure of the building and other restrictions, and the pipe often needs to be bent several times. At that time, in the case of a duct having a large diameter, even if the material itself is plastic, the cross-sectional shape is greatly deformed by bending, and the pressure loss increases. As a result, the required ventilation air volume may not be able to be secured.

To solve such a problem, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No.
As shown in Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 7-35331 (see FIG. 8), respective pipes such as refrigerant pipes 8A and 8B, electric wiring 9 and drain pipe 11 are bundled with a holder 30 or the like to form a sleeve 5 in a sleeve fitting hole 4. There is also proposed a structure in which a hole is inserted by using a gap 5b between the pipes and the pipes. However, in the configuration of the present invention, it is necessary to prepare holders 30 having different lengths according to the thickness of the wall portion 2, and furthermore, the holders 30 do not enter if they are slightly larger than the inner diameter of the sleeve 5. Inferior in workability. In consideration of not only ventilation but also connection with a fan, an air purifying filter, or the like, the shape of the connection portion becomes irregular, and a specially shaped connection tool is required, which is expected to increase the cost.

Further, in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2-287013 (refer to FIG. 9), a double pipe as indicated by reference numeral 29 is formed, and the drain pipe hole 33 and the ventilation duct holes 61 and 62 are also used. Although it is considered to secure a cross-sectional area for the piping, the structure becomes special, and it is necessary to prepare a dedicated piping, which leads to an increase in cost. In addition, there is a problem that the inside is complicatedly deformed when bent, and the pressure loss becomes excessive, so that a necessary ventilation air volume cannot be secured.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problem. By forming a ventilation duct by a plurality of pipes, the diameter of the duct is reduced, and the diameter of the duct is reduced. The ventilation duct can be inserted without increasing the diameter of the sleeve and the sleeve fitting hole by ensuring that the ventilation area can be effectively inserted even into a small empty space, and by ensuring a sufficient ventilation cross-sectional area as a whole. It is an object of the present invention to provide a ventilation duct structure for a separate type air conditioner.

That is, the ventilation duct structure of the separate type air conditioner of the present invention is, for example, as shown in FIGS. A separate type comprising an indoor unit 1 and an outdoor unit 10, wherein the indoor unit 1 and the outdoor unit 10 are connected to each other via refrigerant pipes 8 </ b> A, 8 </ b> B penetrating a sleeve 5 fitted on the wall 2. As described above, in the ventilation duct structure of the separate type air conditioner of the present invention, the ventilation duct led out of the room from the ventilation device 1b capable of supplying or exhausting air is divided into a plurality of ventilation ducts. The plurality of divided ventilation ducts 6 </ b> A, 6 </ b> B, 6 </ b> A to 6 </ b> E are configured to be led outside through the sleeve 5 of the wall 2.

Therefore, the diameter of each of the plurality of ventilation ducts 6A, 6B, 6A to 6E passing through the inside of the sleeve 5 is smaller than that of a single ventilation duct having a sectional area obtained by summing their sectional areas. The diameter is reduced in accordance with the number of tubes, and while ensuring the same ventilation air volume, the empty space between the refrigerant pipes 8A, 8B and the like in the sleeve 5 is effectively used to ensure the penetration. Therefore, the duct insertion hole 5 of the sleeve 5
The diameter of each of the two ventilation ducts 6A and 6B passing through a is reduced and reduced to approximately 0.7 times as large as that of a single ventilation duct having a cross-sectional area obtained by summing their cross-sectional areas. And the refrigerant pipe 8 in the duct insertion hole 5a of the sleeve 5 while securing the same ventilation air volume as in the case of one ventilation duct.
A free space between the A, 8B, the drain pipe 11, and the electric wiring 9 can be effectively used to ensure the penetration.

In this embodiment, the diameter of the cooling duct is further reduced by increasing the number of divisions of the ventilation duct portion inserted into the duct insertion hole 5a of the sleeve 5 in the first embodiment to, for example, five. The narrower empty space between the pipes 8A and 8B, the drain pipe 11, the electric wiring 9 and the like can be effectively used for the insertion, and the degree of freedom of the insertion can be improved.
The construction performance, such as ease of bending, has been further enhanced.
