(57)【要約】 【課題】 活線間接工具や人力によらず、絶縁電線保護
管や防護管等を架空配電線から容易に取り外すことがで
きる管取り外し器の提供 【解決手段】 上部に水平な電線押さえアングル１を設
け、このアングル１の先端部に舟型ガイド２を取り付
け、下端が傾斜したガイド本体３の下端後部に、前記の
傾斜と同一角度で傾斜する案内棒４を設け、この案内棒
４の後端上面に、三角翼型継手分割ガイド５を設け、ガ
イド本体３の中央部に、ガイド本体３の下端部に圧接
し、外部からの駆動力で回転する駆動タイヤ６を設け
る。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、６６００ボルト
屋外用架橋ポリエチレン絶縁電線等の既設の架空配電線
が樹木や建造物に接触又は接触するおそれがある箇所等
で、絶縁体を保護し、絶縁破壊事故や断線事故等を未然
に防止するために、前記既設架空配電線に装着されてい
る絶縁電線保護管や防護管を、活線状態下で、取り外す
ために使用される管取り外し器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】絶縁電線保護管や防護管は、架橋ポリエ
チレン等のプラスチックから成る中空状の管体で、既設
架空配電線に装着できるように、軸方向に一条の切れ目
が施されている。従来、前記絶縁電線保護管や防護管を
取り外す場合には、活線間接工具のヤットコ等で絶縁電
線保護管や防護管を挾み、絶縁電線保護管や防護管の前
記切れ目を拡げて、人力で架空配電線から取り外してい
た。
【０００３】活線間接工具のヤットコ等を使用する作業
は、不安定であり、非能率的で、しかも熟練を要すると
いう欠点がある上に、取り外し作業は作業環境がわるい
柱上で行なわれるため、安全面においても問題があっ
た。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】この発明は、従来の技
術で述べた欠点や問題点を解消するためになされたもの
で、活線間接工具や人力によらず、絶縁電線保護管や防
護管等を架空配電線から容易に取り外すことができる管
取り外し器の提供を目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】この発明の管取り外し器
は、上部に水平な電線押さえアングルを設け、このアン
グルの先端部に絶縁電線保護管や防護管の切れ目に入
り、切れ目を拡張させるための舟型ガイドを取り付け、
下端が傾斜したガイド本体の下端後部に、前記の傾斜と
同一角度で傾斜する案内棒を設け、この案内棒の後端上
面に、前記絶縁電線保護管や防護管の切れ目を急激に拡
張、収縮させるための三角翼型継手分割ガイドを設け、
前記ガイド本体の中央部に、前記ガイド本体の下端部に
圧接し、外部からの駆動力で回転する駆動タイヤを設け
たことを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】この発明の実施の形態の一例を示
す図面を参照しながら説明するに、図１〜図４に示すよ
うに、上部に水平な電線押さえアングル１を設け、この
アングル１の先端部に絶縁電線保護管や防護管７の切れ
目８に入り、切れ目８を拡張させるための舟型ガイド２
を取り付け、下端が傾斜したガイド本体３の下端後部
に、前記の傾斜と同一角度で傾斜する案内棒４を設け、
この案内棒４の後端上面に、絶縁電線保護管や防護管７
の切れ目８を急激に拡張、収縮させるための三角翼型継
手分割ガイド５を設け、ガイド本体３の中央部に、ガイ
ド本体３の下端部に圧接し、外部からの駆動力で回転す
る駆動タイヤ６を設けて構成されている。なお、図４は
図１の点線部の拡大断面図で、ガイド本体３、駆動タイ
ヤ６及び絶縁電線保護管や防護管７の位置関係を示して
おり、９はコロである。
【０００７】実施に際しては、アングル１を電線１０の
上面に当接し、締め付け具１１によってガイド本体３
を、電線１０に固定したのち、図１の二重点線で示すよ
うに、まずヤットなどの工具で絶縁電線保護管や防護管
７の切れ目８を舟型ガイド２の先端に嵌め込み、駆動タ
イヤ６にかかるところまで導く。その後は、駆動タイヤ
６を図示しない油圧モ−タなどによって回転し、絶縁電
線保護管や防護管７をガイド本体３に引き込むことによ
り、絶縁電線保護管や防護管７を連続して取り外すこと
ができる。このとき、絶縁電線保護管や防護管７の継手
部１２が三角翼型継手分割ガイド５にかかると、急激に
拡張、収縮させられるために、外側の絶縁電線保護管や
防護管７が大きく開いている間に、内側の絶縁電線保護
管や防護管７は、ほぼ元の外径にまで収縮するので、継
手は自動的に外れる。

【効果】この発明は上述のように構成されているので、
架空配電線に装着された既設の絶縁電線保護管や防護管
を駆動タイヤを回転させるだけの簡単な作業によって連
続的に取り外すことができ、同時に継手の取り外しも行
なうことができる。

  1. 【請求項１】 上部に水平な電線押さえアングル（１）
    を設け、このアングル（１）の先端部に絶縁電線保護管
    や防護管（７）の切れ目（８）に入り、切れ目（８）を
    拡張させるための舟型ガイド（２）を取り付け、下端が
    傾斜したガイド本体（３）の下端後部に、前記の傾斜と
    同一角度で傾斜する案内棒（４）を設け、この案内棒
    （４）の後端上面に、前記絶縁電線保護管や防護管
    （７）の切れ目（８）を急激に拡張、収縮させるための
    三角翼型継手分割ガイド（５）を設け、前記ガイド本体
    （３）の中央部に、前記ガイド本体（３）の下端部に圧
    接し、外部からの駆動力で回転する駆動タイヤ（６）を
    設けたことを特徴とする管取り外し器
