(57)【要約】 【課題】 トレーニングパンツの湿潤感を強くする。 【解決手段】 トレーニングパンツ１の透液性内面シー
ト１１が上層シート１７と下層シート１８とで構成され
る。上層シート１７には、湿潤感知域１９が形成され、
下層シート１８は、湿潤状態で前後方向の長さが１０％
以上収縮する繊維素材を含み、かつ、コア１３に間欠的
に接合される。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、幼児が着用する
使い捨てトレーニングパンツに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】特開平４−５９６１号公報には、トレー
ニングパンツの内面シートの一部に親水性を有する湿潤
感知域を設けることが記載されている。また、特開平５
−５９６０１号公報に記載のトレーニングパンツでは、
内面シートの少なくとも中央域に湿潤保持シートが部分
的に接合されるとともに、部分的にその内面シートから
浮き上がっている。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】透液性内面シートと、
不透液性外面シートと、これら両シート間に介在する吸
液性コアとによって構成されるトレーニングパンツや使
い捨ておむつでは、内面シートとコアとを間欠的に接合
してこれら両者を密着させ、***された体液がコアへ速
やかに移行できるようにすることがある。ところが、前
記公知のトレーニングパンツにかかる接合を施すと、体
液の移行が速やかになる反面、湿潤感知域や湿潤保持シ
ートにとどまる体液が僅かで着用者に与える湿潤感の程
度が軽微に過ぎるという場合がある。
【０００４】そこで、この発明は、トレーニングパンツ
において、体液を湿潤感知域にとどめておくことを容易
にすることを課題にしている。
【０００５】
【課題を解決するための手段】前記課題を解決するため
に、この発明が前提とするのは、透液性内面シートと、
不透液性外面シートとの間に吸液性コアが介在し、前胴
周り域と後胴周り域との間に股下域を有し、前記内面シ
ートと外面シートとが前記コアの周縁から延出する部分
で互いに接合し、前記内面シートとコアとが互いに間欠
的に接合する使い捨てトレーニングパンツである。
【０００６】かかる前提の下に、この発明の特徴とし
て、前記内面シートは、湿潤状態になると少なくとも前
記股下域の前後方向の寸法が１０％以上収縮する繊維素
材を含むことにより、少なくとも前記股下域の前後方向
に収縮可能、かつ、収縮すると少なくともその収縮する
部位が前記コアから離間可能に形成されている。さらに
は、前記内面シートの所要範囲が該範囲の周辺域よりも
高親水性を有することにより湿潤感知域を構成してい
る。

【発明の実施の形態】添付の図面を参照し、この発明に
係る使い捨てトレーニングパンツの詳細を説明すると、
以下のとおりである。
【０００８】図１に斜視図で示されたトレーニングパン
ツ１は、前胴周り域２と、後胴周り域３と、股下域４と
によって構成され、前後胴周り域２，３が左右側縁部
６，７で互いに接合し、胴周り開口部８と左右の脚周り
開口部９，１０とを形成している。
【０００９】図２は、図１のトレーニングパンツ１を側
縁部６，７それぞれで切り開き、前後に伸展したときの
部分破断平面図である。トレーニングパンツ１は、透液
性内面シート１１と、不透液性外面シート１２と、これ
ら両シート１１，１２間に介在する吸液性コア１３とを
有する。内外面シート１１，１２は、コア１３の周縁か
ら延出し、その延出する部分では、シート１１，１２ど
うしが接合するとともに、複数条の前後胴周り弾性部材
１４と左右の脚周り弾性部材１６とがそれらシート１
１，１２の一方、または両方の内面に伸長状態で接合し
ている。
【００１０】内面シート１１は、上層シート１７と下層
シート１８とからなる。上層シート１７は、トレーニン
グパンツ１の内面全体を形成し、下層シート１８は、ト
レーニングパンツ１の幅方向中央部に位置し、前後方向
に延びる矩形のシートであって、後記図３に示されるよ
うに上層シート１７の下面に接合している。上層シート
１７は、疎水性の熱可塑性合成繊維を素材とする透液性
の不織布からなり、多数の小さな点を施して示した部位
が親水化処理されて、湿潤感知域１９を形成している。
下層シート１８は、湿潤状態になると前後方向に１０％
以上収縮する透液性の不織布からなり、かかる不織布に
は、例えば特公平６−１０２０６８号公報に開示されて
いる重合度１２００〜３０００、ケン化度９８．０モル
％以上のポリビニルアルコール水溶液を紡糸して得られ
るポリビニルアルコール系繊維を使用したものがある。
【００１１】外面シート１２には、熱可塑性合成樹脂フ
ィルムが使用されている。
【００１２】コア１３は、吸収性パネル２１とそれを被
覆するティシュー紙などの吸収拡散性にすぐれた吸収性
シート２２とで構成されている。吸収性パネル２１は、
５０重量％以上の粉砕パルプと、５０重量％以下の高吸
水性ポリマー粒子と、２０重量％以下の熱可塑合成繊維
とを含む。
【００１３】図３は、図２のＩＩＩ−ＩＩＩ線（中心
線）端面図である。内面シート１１において、上層シー
ト１７と下層シート１８とが間欠的に塗布された第１ホ
ットメルト接着剤３１によって接合し、下層シート１８
と吸収性シート２２とが間欠的に塗布された第２ホット
メルト接着剤３２によって接合している。第１接着剤３
１には、尿に対して非溶解性のものが使用され、第２接
着剤３２には、尿に対して溶解性のものが使用される場
合と、非溶解性のものが使用される場合とがある。
【００１４】このような構成のトレーニングパンツ１に
尿が***されると、暫くの間は内面シート１１とコア１
３とが密着していることにより、尿がコア１３へ速やか
に移行する。時間の経過とともに、内面シート１１の下
層シート１８が収縮し始め、第２接着剤３２は、それが
尿に対して溶解性のものであれば溶け始め、下層シート
１８と吸収性シート２２との接合力が低下する。これら
の収縮と接合力の低下とがさらに進行すると、下層シー
ト１８が吸収性シート２２から離れて自由に収縮する。
また、第２接着剤３２が尿に対して非溶解性のものであ
るときは、尿が吸収性シート２２に浸透すると、第２接
着剤３２と吸収性シート２２の接合部において吸収性シ
ート２２に浸透した尿が吸収性シート２２側から当該接
合部にも浸透していき、第２接着剤３２が吸収性シート
２２からはがれる。そして、下層シート１８が吸収性シ
ート２２から離れて自由に収縮することが可能になる。
【００１５】図４は、着用状態にあるときのトレーニン
グパンツ１の中心線端面図であって、内面シート１１の
排尿前後における挙動が示されている。着用されて図の
ように湾曲したトレーニングパンツ１の内面シート１１
では、排尿後に下層シート１８の収縮が自由になると、
仮想線のように下層シート１８がコア１３から離間して
浮き上がり、着用者に対して強く密着する方向へ動くこ
とが可能になる。上層シート１７は、下層シート１８と
一体であって、シート１８の収縮に伴いギャザーを生
じ、シート１８と共に浮き上がる。上層シート１７のそ
の浮き上がる部位には、湿潤感知域１９が形成されてい
る。それゆえ、このトレーニングパンツ１では、着用後
にずり下がることがあっても、湿潤感知域１９が肌に接
触し、該域１９の本来の機能を果たすことが可能であ
る。また、内面シート１１がコア１３から離間した状態
で尿が再度***されると、その尿はコア１３に容易に吸
収されることがなく、湿潤感知域１９やその周辺域に長
くとどまって着用者に強い湿潤感を与えることができ
る。
【００１６】この発明に係るトレーニングパンツ１で
は、図示例の下層シート１８を、湿潤状態で収縮性を示
す複数条の糸に代えることができる。かかる糸の例に
は、特公平６−１０２０６８号公報に記載のポリビニル
アルコール系のものがある。かかる糸を、前後方向に限
らず左右方向にも複数条設ければ、湿潤状態になったと
きの上層シート１７のコア１３からの離間および収縮が
一層速やかになる。上層シート１７に湿潤感知域１９を
形成するには、該域１９の構成繊維に親水化処理剤を塗
布したり、該域１９にレーヨン繊維等の吸水性繊維を混
在させたりすればよい。下層シート１８と吸収性シート
２２との接合は、シート１８の収縮を妨げることがない
ように間欠的であることが好ましく、また接合する面積
は、湿潤感知域１９の前後端縁部の外側域３６（図２参
照）に比べて左右側縁部の外側域３７では少ないことが
好ましい。その左右側縁部の外側において、下層シート
１８と吸収性シート２２とは、殆どまたは全く接合して
いなくてもよい。下層シート１８の収縮性能は、濡れ始
めてから約１０秒後に１０％以上収縮することが好まし
い。そのように収縮すると、排尿後の湿潤感知が速やか
で、トレーニングの効果を高めることができる。かかる
下層シート１８を接合するための第２接着剤３２の剥離
強度は、乾燥時において１００ｇ／２５ｍｍ幅以上、湿
潤時に５ｇ／２５ｍｍ幅以下であることが好ましい。こ
の湿潤時の剥離強度は、内面シート１１にその飽和水分
量の５０％を含浸させて５秒間放置した後に測定する。
第２接着剤３２には、ＳＢＳ、ＳＩＳ、ＳＥＢＳ、ＳＥ
ＰＳ等をベースとするゴム系のホットメルト接着剤であ
って、固化時間が２秒以下のものを使用することが好ま
しい。内面シート１３の上下層１７，１８は、第１接着
剤の使用に代えて互いに熱溶着していてもよい。

【発明の効果】この発明に係る使い捨てトレーニングパ
ンツの内面シートは、湿潤状態で前後方向に収縮し、コ
アから離間して着用者に密着する方向へ動くことが可能
であるから、トレーニングパンツがたとえずり下がって
いても着用者に湿潤感を与えることができる。また、コ
アから離間した内面シートには、***された尿が長い時
間とどまるようになるから、湿潤感知域の着用者に与え
る湿潤感が強くなる。

Claims (6)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 透液性内面シートと、不透液性外面シー
    トとの間に吸液性コアが介在し、前胴周り域と後胴周り
    域との間に股下域を有し、前記内面シートとコアとが間
    欠的に接合し、前記内面シートと外面シートとが前記コ
    アの周縁から延出する部分で互いに接合する使い捨てト
    レーニングパンツにおいて、 前記内面シートは、湿潤状態になると少なくとも前記股
    下域の前後方向の寸法が１０％以上収縮する繊維素材を
    含むことにより、少なくとも前記股下域の前後方向に収
    縮可能、かつ、収縮すると少なくともその収縮する部位
    が前記コアから離間可能に形成されるとともに、前記内
    面シートの所要範囲が該範囲の周辺域よりも高親水性を
    有することにより湿潤感知域を構成していることを特徴
    とする前記トレーニングパンツ。
  2. 【請求項２】 前記内面シートが、湿潤状態になると前
    記股下域の幅方向に収縮する繊維素材をも含む請求項１
    記載のトレーニングパンツ。
  3. 【請求項３】 前記繊維素材が不織布であって、該不織
    布が前記内面シートの下面の少なくとも一部を構成して
    いる請求項１または２記載のトレーニングパンツ。
  4. 【請求項４】 前記繊維素材が少なくとも前記前後方向
    に延びる糸であって、該糸が前記内面シート下面に接合
    している請求項１〜３いずれかに記載のトレーニングパ
    ンツ。
  5. 【請求項５】 前記コアが粉砕パルプを５０〜１００重
    量％含む吸収性パネルと該パネルを被覆する吸収性シー
    トとによって構成され、前記内面シートが接着剤を介し
    て前記吸収性シートに接合している請求項１〜４いずれ
    かに記載のトレーニングパンツ。
  6. 【請求項６】 前記内面シートとコアとが水溶性接着剤
    を介して接合し、前記湿潤状態下に前記接着剤が溶解し
    て前記内面シートが前記コアから離間可能になる請求項
    １〜４いずれかに記載のトレーニングパンツ。
