Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the execution property by providing a waterproof layer on the inner face of an outdoor side form made of at least a synthetic resin foam body, and placing a concrete wall in close contact. SOLUTION: When a basement is to be constructed, the lower section of an outside form 1 made of a synthetic resin foam body is formed, a waterproof layer 3 is provided on the side facing a concrete bottom face 16, the whole form 1 is assembled, and the concrete bottom face 16 is placed. After the waterproof layer 3 is formed on the inner face of the form 1, an inside form 2 made of a synthetic resin foam body is assembled, concrete is placed, and the forms 1, 2 are left as they are. When no spacer 4 is used, lugs are provided on the inner face of the form 2 and are meshed with concrete to fix the form 2 to a wall. When a form made of a plywood is used, at least a corrugated fiberboard plastic is stuck to the inner face of the form 1, and the waterproof layer 3 is formed on its surface. A waterproof layer execution space on the outside of the outside form 1 can be made unnecessary, and the conventional work to apply mortar to an earth retaining can be made unnecessary.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for forming a waterproof concrete wall. The demand for basement construction is increasing with the basement floor space easing policy, but the biggest problems with basement construction are wall waterproofing and moisture control. This problem can be solved relatively easily when a one-piece box-shaped structure is buried underground. However, there are many places where there is not enough room on the site of the basement, In many cases, walls must be formed.

2. Description of the Related Art In the field of waterproofing, waterproofing by a waterproof sheet, an asphalt waterproof layer, or a coating waterproof layer such as urethane rubber is known. When waterproofing a wall of a basement of a house or the like, waterproofing is performed by sticking a waterproof sheet or spraying a urethane waterproof material on the outside of the concrete. On the other hand, instead of forming a waterproof layer on the outside of the concrete wall after the concrete wall has been gathered, the waterproof sheet and the protective mortar are formed by applying a waterproof base mortar on the retaining wall and flattening the surface. There is known a method of constructing a basement wall in which a concrete layer is provided and a concrete is struck between the inner formwork and the waterproof layer.

In the conventional method of forming a waterproof layer on the wall of a solid concrete, a hole larger than the size of the basement is required because a hole is formed in the basement and a formwork is formed inside the hole. A space is required, and the work of forming the waterproof layer may require more space. On the other hand, a method is known in which a waterproof base mortar is applied on the earth retaining layer, the surface is flattened, a waterproof sheet and a protective mortar layer are provided, and a concrete is hit between the inner formwork and the waterproof layer. Although such a method does not require a hole that is much larger than the basement, it requires the provision of a mortar layer in order to level the earth, which requires extra labor to apply. It takes extra time to dry the mortar. In addition, a removable formwork is required inside, and when a basement is constructed in a place where it is not necessary to retain the soil, there is a problem that the soil is wasted and is not economical.

[0010] The space between the facing synthetic resin foams
In the case of forming a mold without any interposed parts, it is easy to attach a waterproof sheet to the inner surface of the outer mold.
In this case, as for the synthetic resin foam of the outer mold, after the concrete is hardened, the earth retaining portion is filled with sand and the sheet pile of the earth retaining is removed, and the synthetic resin foam becomes the concrete wall with sand. Pressed to. On the other hand, with respect to the synthetic resin foam of the inner mold, for example, if the inner surface of the synthetic resin foam is provided with a concave and convex shape that meshes with the concrete, even after the concrete is fixed, the mold is fixed and then removed. ,
The synthetic resin foam of the inner mold is securely fixed to the wall without peeling off the concrete. In such a method, the waterproof layer can be formed by spraying or applying a waterproof material, as well as by using a waterproof sheet.

1 to 3 and 5 show examples of a mold using a synthetic resin foam in which a waterproof layer 3 is provided on the inner surface of an outer mold 1. FIG. Among them, FIGS. 1 and 2 show an example in which molds are fixed using spacers-4, 5, 6 whose both ends are fixed in a synthetic resin foam facing each other. Among them, in the example of FIG. 1, the outer mold is fixed to the H steel 8 fixed to the earth retaining member 7, and the spacer-4 having bent portions at both ends.
Are inserted into the holes of the protrusions of the inner and outer molds, thereby fixing the mold. FIG. 2 shows that a part of the outer formwork 1 (ground part) is removed after the concrete wall is completed, so that a part of the metal spacer 5 used for the concrete form is located at the boundary between the concrete and the outer formwork. This is an example in which cutting can be performed by a cutting section 9 in the apparatus. The part to be cut outside the metal spacer 5 is a pipe 10 and a fastener 11 until cut.
Is used to press the outer mold 1 from the outside. FIG. 3 shows an example in which no spacer or the like is used between the molds. In the example of FIG. 3, the outer mold 1 is an H steel 8 fixed to an earth retaining member 7 on its outside. The inner mold 2 is fixed to a fixed pipe 12 outside the mold by fasteners 13. On the other hand, FIG. 4 shows an example in which a cardboard plastic 14 is applied to the inner surface of the outer mold 1 using a normal mold material, and the waterproof layer 3 is provided on the surface. FIG. 5 shows an example shown in FIG. 1 in which the waterproofing layer 3 is replaced with an outer mold in place of using the waterproof plate 15 used in FIGS. Working Steps The concrete working steps are as follows. In the construction of the basement, a portion that hits the bottom surface 16 of the lower portion of the outer formwork is formed in advance. Usually, the waterproof layer 3 is also provided between the waterproof layer 3 and the bottom surface 16. Next, after completing the outer formwork 1 as it is, the concrete of the bottom surface 16 may be cast, or the concrete of the bottom surface 16 may be cast and solidified before completing the remaining formwork. . Therefore, the synthetic resin foam formwork shown in FIG. 1 or the normal formwork (assembled plywood or iron plate) shown in FIG. 4, at least the lowermost part and preferably the entirety, is outside the wall. Assemble first. That is, preferably, the completion of the outer formwork 1 is completed before the concrete is cast on the bottom surface 16. If the formwork components are used as a unit that is fixedly combined with the formwork inside and outside the wall (not shown), both the outside and the inside of the wall are formed together. The formwork for that can be completed with the step of forming the inner formwork, since the walls not facing the outside usually do not require waterproofing.

1. In the present invention, since the waterproof layer is not applied directly to the concrete surface, but is applied to the surface of the mold from the inside of the mold, the concrete is used as a work space for forming the waterproof layer. -It is not necessary to take extra space on the outside of the gate wall, and the basement can be constructed when there is no room for the site with the adjacent land. 2. Compared with the case of applying mortar to the earth retaining and forming a waterproof layer on it and hitting concrete between the inner formwork, the work of attaching the mortar and the time to dry it are unnecessary, Also, the forming of the mold is easy. In particular, when a concrete wall is formed in a place where soil is not approaching and then filled with soil, earth retaining is not required. Therefore, the method of forming a waterproof layer on the inner surface of the synthetic resin foam of the present invention is not required. It is more economical.
