However, the prior art 1
Since the three strips 91, 92, and 93 were tailored into an H-shape by welding 94, the strength was lower than that of the H-shape steel as the shaped steel material. In addition, it took a lot of time for the welding work, and the labor was not tolerated. On the other hand, the prior art 2 faces the problem of having a large lot and having a large inventory unless a large number of users are determined, because the rolling process is used to produce the I-shaped steel 95 with the convex pattern. Was. Shaped steel with convex pattern used for grating etc. is rarely used in large quantities at once,
Rather, it is contrary to the current demand for shaped steel materials having various sizes and various convex patterns at a reasonable price.

According to the first and second aspects of the present invention, since a convex pattern can be formed on the lower plate portion of the H-section steel by press working, production is possible even if the lot size is small, and it is relatively inexpensive. It becomes possible to produce an H-shaped steel with a convex pattern. In addition, since the H-shaped steel is used unlike the I-shaped steel, the protruding portion of the lower plate is long, and the convex pattern can be formed relatively easily by press working. Of course, since a general-purpose hot-rolled H-section steel is used, it is robust and is most suitable as a supporting material for grating. Furthermore, the H-section steel is lifted together with the punch, and then the punch is dropped together with the H-section steel, so that the H-section steel is pressed. Useful.

In the die 2, a concave portion 21 corresponding to the convex portion 32 is formed at a position facing the convex portion 32, and a concave pattern 21a is provided so as to correspond to the convex pattern 32a. Reference numeral 6 denotes a guide post, and reference numeral 7 denotes a guide bush. In this manner, the punch 3 that lifts the H-section steel 5 'in a suspended state is shot down toward the die 2, thereby forming a projection pattern 521a on the lower plate portion 52 of the H-section steel 5' (see FIG. 2).
Guide pins and the like are provided as necessary so that the H-section steel 5 'can be moved only in the vertical direction. Other configurations are the same as those of a normal press die, and the description thereof will be omitted.

(2) Method for Manufacturing H-Shaped Steel with Convex Pattern Next, a method for producing the H-shaped steel 5 with convex pattern using the press die A will be described. First, the H-section steel 5 ′ of the so-called hot-rolled section steel is received by the punch 3. Specifically, the support portion 53 of the H-section steel 5 'is passed through the gap
The upper plate portion 51 is placed on the overhanging portion 31 of. Then, the H-section steel 5 'is lifted together with the punch 3, and the H-section steel 5' is suspended (FIG. 1).

Thereafter, the punch 3 is shot down toward the die 2 along the guide post 6. Since the H-shaped steel 5 'falls together, the die 2 also receives the weight of the H-shaped steel itself. In this intermediate stage, the H-section steel 5 ′ hits the die 2, and a reaction force is applied to move upward relative to the punch 3.
The punch 3 is still in a lowered state at that time, and is directly dropped on the die. Then, finally, the convex portion 32 projects a predetermined portion of the flat lower plate portion 52 of the H-section steel 5 'from the back side, and the convex portion 521 is formed on the surface of the lower plate portion. If the convex pattern 32a is applied in the longitudinal direction of the punch 3, a desired convex pattern 521a is formed on the lower plate surface.

Thereafter, when the punch 3 is lifted, the H-section steel 5 having the desired convex pattern 521a formed on the lower plate portion 52 can be taken out (FIGS. 3 and 4). For H-beams, I
Unlike the shaped steel, the lower plate portion 52 has a lateral length, and it is in a state where the convex pattern 521a is easily formed on the lower plate portion 52 by press working. Lubrication is performed on the projections 32 as needed to smoothly advance the projections 521a. The convex pattern 521a can be formed as shown in FIGS.
Various types as shown in FIG. 6 can be formed.

[0013] The method of manufacturing the H-shaped steel with a convex pattern and the press die used for the method are formed by press working.
However, even small lots can be manufactured at relatively low cost. This is a perfect manufacturing method for gratings that cannot be consumed at once. And since the H-shaped steel 5 with a convex part pattern can be manufactured at low cost, various variations suitable for the application become possible. In particular, when the H-shaped steel 5 having the C-shaped convex pattern 521a as shown in FIG. 3 is used for grating, the vehicle can more effectively prevent skidding of the vehicle, which is advantageous. That is, although the vehicle travels on the H-shaped steel, the C-shaped convex portion 521 makes it difficult for the tire to shift in the lateral direction. It is also superior to a striped steel plate pattern (for example, (a) in FIG. 5). Since the adjacent convex portions of the striped steel plate are parallel,
It is easy to shift in that direction. However, in the C-shaped convex pattern, even if the tire shifts in one convex direction of the C-shaped convex parts 521, 521, the other convex parts 521 act as a resistance to exert a gripping action, thereby causing slip. Help prevent. In the present embodiment, instead of arranging the C-shaped protrusions 521 in the same direction,
Since the orientation is alternated, it is more useful for preventing slippage. Further, the H-shaped steel 5 with the convex pattern is different from the conventional type in which the strips 91 to 93 are assembled into an H-shape by welding and the convex pattern is formed by pressing the general-purpose hot-rolled H-shaped steel 5 '. Since the H-shaped steel 521a is formed, the mechanical strength is excellent because the strength of the H-section steel itself is maintained. For example, when the grating G is formed by directing the lower plate portion 52 having the convex pattern 521a as shown in FIG. 3 toward the road surface, it is also possible to pass heavy vehicles, and the convex pattern 521a efficiently drives the vehicle. It has a non-slip function (Fig. 7). In FIG. 7, reference numeral 81 denotes a reinforcing vertical rail, reference numeral 82 denotes a horizontal rail, reference numeral 83 denotes a frame plate, and reference numeral D denotes a drain groove. In addition, in the case of the I-beam, it is difficult to form the convex pattern because the lower plate portion has little overhang, but in the case of the H-beam, the convex pattern 521a can be easily pressed on the lower plate portion 52. Then, the H-shaped steel 5 'is lifted together with the punch 3 in a hung state, and is lifted down to form the convex pattern 521a. Therefore, the weight of the H-shaped steel itself, which is a work, effectively acts on the press working, The convex pattern 521a is easily formed.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, but can be variously modified within the scope of the present invention depending on the purpose and application. Die 2, punch 3, convex pattern 32a,
The shape, size, and the like of the concave pattern 21a and the like are appropriately selected according to the application. It is better to a predetermined distance S 1 between the punch lower surface and the lower plate portion 52, but may be zero.
