Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely classify a waste by using both vibration and wind power by blowing off air from the under side of an inclined trash plate by interposing may small holes and also classifying the waste charged on the trash plate by vibrating the trash plate with a vibrating device into light waste and heavy one. SOLUTION: When the forcibly fed air is blown from an introducing pipe 11, the air speed is lowered at a cavity part 10 and air is blown off from the many small holes provided in the trash plate 1 to diagonally upward. This blown-off air has the proper flow and speed in the introducing pipe 11, but air is blown off in a low speed so that the light waste is lifted slightly in the case when air is blown off from the holes since the section is expanded rapidly in the cavity part 10. In this way, the light waste is sent toward a discharging part 16 along on the inclined surface of the trash plate 1. On the other hand, when the trash plate 1 is vibrated by moving a vibrating motor 5 together with a blowing-off of the air to vibrate the trash plate 1, the heavy waste on the trash plate 1 is moved downward along the inclined surface by its vibration and gravity, and discharged from the discharging part 17.

By the way, the above-mentioned light garbage is a paper or a plastic sheet, and the heavy garbage is a piece of metal, a stone, a heavy plastic or a lump of wood.
When the waste is separated into the light refuse and the heavy refuse by the zigzag wind separator, the actual light refuse includes fine refuse such as cotton and dust in addition to the paper and the plastic sheet.

[0007] Therefore, simply separating the waste into heavy waste and light waste causes fine dust to be scattered and dispersed in the waste treatment plant. Therefore, generally, light from the flow including light waste after being separated by the zigzag wind separation device is reduced. The air path of light garbage is connected to a cyclone-type separation device to separate garbage, and a part of the separated air flow is circulated to a zigzag wind separator, and the rest is further filtered by a bag filter to remove finer garbage. Only clean air is released to the atmosphere. In the zigzag wind separation device, since outside air is sucked in from a garbage input portion or the like, it is necessary to release the air to the outside.

[0008] As described above, the zigzag wind separation apparatus is taller than the type of the equipment itself, is large in size, and requires a long inclined conveyor because the supply and discharge portions of the refuse are separated horizontally or vertically. Is often restricted.

[0009] Further, in the case of using as described above, a separating device such as a cyclone type is required, so that the equipment becomes larger and occupies a larger space. Further, since the structure is hermetic, a rotary valve or the like for keeping the air supply or discharge portion airtight is also required.

The present invention takes into account the above-mentioned problems of the conventional wind separation apparatus, and separates waste into light waste and heavy waste by using both vibration and wind power instead of separating waste by wind power alone. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wind separation device which can be separated into small pieces and has a small overall structure without requiring any additional equipment such as a cyclone separation apparatus, and which can be compact and inexpensive to manufacture.

[0012] The wind power sorting apparatus of the present invention having the above-described structure separates discarded waste into light waste and heavy waste by using wind power and vibration. When garbage is dropped on the garbage plate, the garbage plate vibrates by the vibrating device, and garbage with a high specific gravity, such as metal fragments and stones, gradually moves down the slope of the garbage plate on the garbage plate due to vibration and its own weight, and from the garbage plate Fall.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view including a partial cross section of the wind power sorting device of the embodiment. Reference numeral 1 denotes a refuse plate which is set at a predetermined angle in a stationary state and is provided obliquely. The refuse plate 1 prevents the refuse from falling in the width direction when the refuse is separated vertically as shown in the figure. The cross section is formed in a U-shape. 1a is a large number of small holes formed in the refuse plate 1 and is basically provided obliquely upward on the slope. In the illustrated case, a large number of small holes are provided regularly, but they are not necessarily regular.

A hollow portion 10 is provided on the back side of the refuse plate 1, and this hollow portion 10 introduces compressed air into the hollow portion 10 as described later to reduce the wind speed, as well as out of the input refuse. In the event that a minute thing falls from a large number of small holes 1a, it also serves to collect it. As shown in FIG. 2, the hollow portion is formed in a tapered shape with a position slightly leftward from the center at the lowest level, and an air introduction pipe 11 is connected to one side thereof, and through this introduction pipe 11. The air velocity is reduced by injecting compressed air from an air blower (not shown) so as to blow out from the small holes 1a of the refuse plate 1 at a small wind velocity.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the small holes 1a near the dust drop position (indicated by the area surrounded by a two-dot chain line in the figure) have a direction different from that of the small holes 1a outside this range. Has been drilled. That is, in the cross section AA of FIG. 7A, it is provided to be inclined right and left and above the inclined surface around the center thereof, and in the cross section BB of FIG. The operation of the thus-configured wind separation device will be described below. When the refuse is thrown in by the conveyor 7, the refuse falls on the refuse plate 1, and the refuse is sorted by the wind force and the refuse plate 1 is vibrated by the vibration motor to separate light refuse and heavy refuse. Light garbage (paper, plastic filter, etc.) and heavy garbage (metal pieces, stones, heavy plastics, lump of wood pieces, etc.) are indicated by X and Y symbols in FIG. 6, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 6, at the same time as or before the above-mentioned refuse is dropped, compressed air is blown from the introduction pipe 11. The air is blown obliquely upward from a number of small holes provided in the refuse plate 1 as the wind speed decreases in the cavity 10. This blown air has a considerable air volume and wind speed in the introduction pipe 11, but is blown out at a small wind speed so that light dust can be lifted lightly when blowing out from a small hole because the cross section expands rapidly in the hollow portion 10. Thus, the light dust is blown by the blown air toward the discharge portion 16 along the slope of the dust plate 1. On the other hand, when the vibration motor 5 is started and the refuse plate 1 is vibrated together with the blowing of the air, the heavy refuse on the refuse plate 1 moves downward along the slope due to the vibration and its own weight, and is discharged from the discharge unit 17. As a result, the waste is separated into light waste and heavy waste.

At the time of the separating action by the wind and vibration, fine dust such as fine cotton and dust adhering to light or heavy dust may float in the air inside the hood 6. The fine dust is lightly sucked by the suction pipe 9 above the hood and discharged to the outside. The main flow of the air blown out from the refuse plate 1 flows from the discharge portions 16 and 17 to the refuse chambers 18 and 19, however, since the flow velocity is small as described above, the fine refuse is removed as described above. After that, just put heavy and light garbage in each garbage room 1
What is necessary is just to collect in 8 and 19, and to convey to a predetermined place by a conveyor.

As described above in detail, the wind separation apparatus of the present invention blows air from a large number of small holes provided obliquely upward on an inclined refuse plate, and provides a vibration device on the refuse plate. Because it vibrates, light and heavy waste can be separated using wind and vibration without the need for a cyclone-type separation device as in the past. Since the blown air has a low flow velocity, it does not need to be as tall as a conventional zigzag wind separator, making the device extremely compact.
Since a cyclone separator is not required, various advantages such as a small installation space and a low manufacturing cost are obtained.
