Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a warp of a composite flooring by combining veneers which are to be provided in a conifer or a broadleaf tree, keeping the direction of fibers orthogonal to each other and laminating veneers of more than a certain percent, with their heart sides faces to a medium-grade fiberboard. SOLUTION: A composite flooring 1 is made up of a natural wood fancy veneer 2, the uppermost layer, a medium-grade fiberboard 3, and coniferous veneers 4 to 7 in sequence. The medium-grade fiberboard 3 and the coniferous veneers 4 to 7 are combined, keeping the direction of fibers orthogonal to each other, and at least two-third or more of the veneers to be laminated are laminated and adhered, with their heart sides faced to the medium-grade fiberboard 3. Thus the medium-grade fiberboard 3 and the veneers 4 to 7 can be adhered strongly, and the secular change of the composite flooring 1 can be reduced. Warping can be also reduced. Even if there happens a warp, it can be kept merely as a deformation into convex form and thereby makes it possible to maintain the surface of the flooring in good condition for a long time.

2. Description of the Related Art Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) (hereinafter, simply referred to as medium-density fiberboard) is obtained by adding an adhesive to extracted wood fiber, molding and hot-pressing the resin to a density of 0.35 g / cm 3 or more and 0.8 g or more. /
Less than 3 cm3, which has high precision homogeneity due to its denseness and smoothness, inherits the characteristics of extracted wood fibers, and has excellent wear resistance, sound insulation, heat insulation, and cold resistance ,
A composite board is known in which this medium fiber board is used as a surface layer and adheres to softwood or hardwood plywood. As a method for bonding the medium fiberboard and plywood (softwood, hardwood), a cold-setting adhesive is used.

Conventionally, a composite plywood having the above-mentioned medium fiberboard as a surface layer has a higher elasticity than that of softwood or hardwood plywood. In addition, warpage occurs in the width direction, which is problematic in practice. Also, conventionally, cold-curing adhesives are used for the purpose of eliminating board warpage,
The curing takes a long time and the efficiency is poor, and the warpage of the plate due to the change with the passage of time is a serious problem. An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks and to provide an apparatus having little warpage and an apparatus having a slightly convex curved surface even if warpage occurs.

The composite flooring of the present invention using a medium fiberboard as a surface layer and a method for producing the same are as described above, and the plywood portion is made of a veneer with a wood back side of at least 2/3 or more of the constituent veneer. Is bonded to the medium fiberboard, so that the medium fiberboard and the plywood can be firmly bonded as a whole, and a composite flooring with little change over time can be provided.

Further, the plywood portion has a whole board warp with a convexly curved surface on the back side of the wood, and also from the relation of the medium fiberboard, the composite flooring has a small medium fiberboard as a whole and conversely has a slight rear surface side. This has the effect of providing a convex curved surface to maintain a horizontal surface on the surface side, or slightly deforms to a convex curved surface, and has no practical problem and maintains a good flooring surface for a long period of time.

Conventionally, a cold-setting adhesive has been used for the purpose of eliminating the warpage of the sheet, so that it takes a long time to cure the adhesive, and the efficiency is poor. However, according to the present invention, a thermosetting adhesive is applied to the medium fiber board and the plywood portion and laminated, and the resulting material is hot-pressed and bonded, so that it can be cured in a short time, shortening the working time, Productivity can be significantly increased. Further, by setting the heating press temperature and time, the moisture content of the product can also be controlled, and the change with time can be reduced.

[0020] Therefore, a medium-sized fiberboard having a high-precision homogeneity of denseness and smoothness and high-performance properties such as abrasion resistance, sound insulation, heat insulation and cold resistance by inheriting the characteristics of wood fiber is used as a surface layer. In addition, it is possible to provide a durable composite flooring which exhibits excellent characteristics of a plywood portion of a softwood or hardwood wood fiber as it is and which is free from deformation such as warpage.
