Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air from flowing into a cylinder at the time of sucking an adhesive by projectingly providing a projecting part having the shape corresponding to the space shape to the inside of a nozzle on the tip surface of a plunger. SOLUTION: An injection pipe 12 is fixed on a crack 14 caused on a concrete- made wall surface 11 with an adhesive 13, and an injector 1 is attached to the injection pipe 12. A rubber ring 15 is engaged between a restraining part 8 projecting at the tip part of the cylinder and a part projecting at the rear tip part of the plunger 3, and the plunger 3 is advanced by using the contraction force of the rubber and the adhesive is injected and filled in a crack 14 under low pressure by the injector 1. At this time, the projecting part 7 having the shape corresponding to the space shape at the inside of the nozzle 4 is provided at the tip part of the plunger 3. In this way, the air hardly flows into the cylinder 2 at the time of sucking the adhesive 10, and a sure reinforcing effect is expected.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an adhesive injector comprising a cylinder having a nozzle protruding at a tip end thereof, a plunger movably inserted into the cylinder, and a means for advancing the plunger. It is used in the field of repairing by injecting and filling an adhesive into a repaired portion such as a damaged portion such as a crack, a defect, or a floating generated in an object or the like, or a slab reinforcement portion.

[0002] This type of syringe-like adhesive injector is used, for example, in crack repairing disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-56378. Attach the injection pipe to the repair site and apply the necessary seal to seal the repair site, attach an adhesive injector to the injection pipe, and air from the other injection pipe or the pipe dedicated to exhaust air inside the repair site. It is used in such a manner that an adhesive is injected and filled into the repair site while exhausting air.

When using the injector 1, the nozzle 4 of the injector faces the adhesive in the container, the plunger 3 is retracted, and the adhesive 10 is sucked into the cylinder 2. Since the inside of the nozzle 4 is hollow, when the adhesive 10 is sucked, the air 5 staying in the nozzle 4 moves into the cylinder 2 (see FIG. 1). If the plunger is advanced in this state to inject the adhesive 10 into the repair site, the air 5 is naturally injected into the crack. This transition of the air 5 becomes remarkable when the injector 1 is injected sideways or upward at the repair site on the wall surface or the ceiling surface,
Injecting air into a repair site such as a crack results in a weakening of the repair strength and a gradual weakening of the effect of the injected adhesive due to repeated expansion and contraction of the air with changes in temperature.

For this reason, the air 5 must be discharged from the injector 1 by moving the air 4 to the tip side with the nozzle 4 facing upward and advancing the plunger 3 before attaching to the injection pipe. Become. In this operation, it is ideal that the liquid surface of the adhesive 10 is made to coincide with the opening of the tip of the nozzle 4. However, if the plunger 3 is hesitated, air 5 remains, If the position 3 advances too much, the adhesive 10 is pushed out, so that there is an inconvenience that the work site is soiled or the hands are soiled.

Technical Problem The present invention relates to an adhesive injection device 1 comprising a cylinder 2 having a nozzle 4 projecting from the tip thereof, a plunger 3 movably inserted therein and a means for pressing a flanger. It is an object to prevent air from flowing into the cylinder 2 when the agent 10 is inhaled.

[Technical Means] Technical means for solving this technical problem include a projection 7 having a shape corresponding to the space shape inside the nozzle 4.
Is protruded from the distal end surface of the plunger 3.
In the state where the plunger 3 is advanced most, the convex portion 7 formed on the tip end surface has penetrated into the nozzle 4, so that no gap exists inside the nozzle 4. In this state, when the nozzle 4 of the cylinder 2 faces the inside of the adhesive container, the tip of the convex portion 7 directly comes into contact with the adhesive at the opening of the tip of the nozzle 4, so the plunger 3 is retracted and the adhesive 10 is sucked. Even if it does, air will not be sucked into the cylinder 2.

As a result, air does not flow into the cylinder when inhaling the adhesive. As a result, there is an advantage that the adhesive injecting the adhesive can be directly attached to the injecting pipe to perform the injecting operation of the adhesive. There is also an advantage that a reliable reinforcing effect can be expected because no air is injected into the site.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The convex portion 7 is desirably shaped so that it can be in close contact with the inner wall of the nozzle 4 when the plunger 3 is advanced, and its distal end is formed so as to slightly project from the distal end opening of the nozzle 4. You can keep it. This convex part 7
May be integrally formed when the tip member of the plunger 3 is formed, or may be formed separately.

FIG. 2 shows a cross section of the injector according to the present invention. An injection pipe 12 is fixed on a crack 14 formed on a concrete wall surface 11 with an adhesive 13, and the injector 1 is connected to the injection pipe 12. This shows a state in which it is attached. In this embodiment, the rubber ring 15 is used as a means for moving the plunger 3 forward, and the locking portion 8 protruding from the tip of the cylinder 2 (this locking portion may protrude from the injection pipe. ) And protruding from the rear end of the plunger 3, a rubber ring 15 is hung, and the plunger is advanced by utilizing the contraction force of the rubber.
Is injected and filled in the crack 14.

As means for advancing the plunger,
A coil spring formed into a ring shape instead of a rubber ring may be extended over the locking portion. In addition, Japanese Patent Publication 5-7467
As disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 0-200, etc., a configuration in which a coil spring is housed in the rear end portion of a cylinder may be adopted, and the retracted plunger may be advanced using the pressing force of the spring. . In this case, the spring can be compressed by retreating the plunger, but the spring may be compressed by other means.

If the space inside the nozzle 4 is tapered, the outside of the projection 7 becomes a tapered wall correspondingly, and the projection 7 smoothly enters the inside of the nozzle 4, and There is an advantage that the adhesive 10 can be pushed out smoothly.
