Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a cap, that includes an inner stopper having a protruding thread that is fitted in a recessed thread around a mouth of a container when the cap is mounted and an external cap to be put on the inner stopper, from the container when the container is recovered as a resource. SOLUTION: An inner stopper 4 has a protruding thread 11 that is brought in press-contact with and connected to the middle height part of a recessed thread 3 around the mouth of a container and a synthetic resin external cap 14 having a hardness higher than the inner stopper 4 is mounted on the inner stopper 4. A lower support 15 with a nearly step-like cross section is provided obliquely under and outside the circumference of the lower end of the protruding thread 11 via a thin wall part 13 and a lower end 20 of an outer cylinder 19 of the external cap 14 is rested on the lower support 15. A weakened line 18 is formed upward from the lower end of the lower support 15 and its upper end is connected with the circumferential thin wall part 13.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a container cap is made of a synthetic resin and has an outer lid and an inner stopper.
As the inner plug, a type in which a ridge that engages with a circumferential ridge formed on the outer periphery of the mouth of the container is widely used. A container of this type and its cap,
At the time of mounting the cap, the projecting ridge can be brought into press-fit engagement with the concave ridge by a single hitting line by a tapping machine, and the mounting of the cap is completed at the same time. Therefore, it is widely used because the work efficiency of the lid mounting process is higher than screwing or the like. The inner plug has a through hole formed by breaking a groove or the like formed at the beginning of the inner plug, and a liquid product or the like having the content is poured out from the through hole and used.

However, the above-mentioned conventional container and its cap have the following problems. That is, when the cap is mounted in the form of a stopper as described above, the cap is difficult to remove from the container when the container and / or the cap are collected as resources after consuming the content product. Usually, containers and caps are often made of different materials, so that they need to be separated and collected, and are generally collected after consumption of the contents of the container, and then the container and cap are separated. . However, since the cap is attached in the form of a stopper as described above, and the cap and the container mouth are engaged in the up-down direction as described above and are in pressure contact with each other, the cap is manually engaged or the like. It is not easy to remove. The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to
In the case of a container and a cap made of synthetic resin used for the inner plug and outer lid, the cap can be installed in a single tapping process depending on the type of tapping. A container in which the ridges formed on the stopper can be pressed into engagement, thus simplifying the mounting process and in which the mounted cap can be removed very easily from the container after consumption of the contents of the container. And to provide that cap.

The lower end 20 of the outer cylinder 19 is located substantially on the same plane as the lower end 12 of the ridge. The lower end 20 of the outer cylinder 19 forms substantially the same surface as the lower surface of the middle cylinder 6 as described above, and its side surface and lower surface are formed at substantially right angles.
In the case of tearing, it can be easily torn by the right-angled corner. The lower end 24 of the projecting ridge 11 is pressed above the deepest portion 25 of the concave ridge 3. The outer cylinder 19 is engaged with an engaging portion 27 provided on the upper wall 7 by a locking portion 28 provided on the outer cylinder 19.

After use, when collecting the container 1 as a resource, the knob 29 is first pulled, the weakening line 18 is torn in the vertical direction, and then the thin portion 13 is torn in the circumferential direction, and the lower receiving portion 15 is torn and discarded. I do. In this case, there is no problem even if it is partial without being cut over the entire circumference.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the lower ends of the middle cylinder 6 and the outer cylinder 19 appear together, and the stopper 33 is removed therefrom as shown in FIG. Also, in this case, the area formed by the lower end portions of the middle cylinder 6 and the outer cylinder 19 with which the finger 34 comes into contact with the finger 34 without using the bottle opener 33 is relatively large because the area formed by the sum of the two is relatively large. Since a large-area push-up portion is formed, it can be easily opened by partially pushing up the push-up portion. In this case, the press contact lower end 24 of the ridge 11 is
It can be easily opened due to the fact that it is positioned above.

As described above, according to the present invention, when the thin portion 13 is cut in the circumferential direction, the thin portion 13 can be cut very easily. This is because the lower receiving portion 15 is connected to the projecting ridge lower end 24 in a substantially stair-like cross section and in a staggered arrangement, so that stress concentration is likely to occur at the time of splitting, and a synthetic resin having higher hardness than the inner plug 4. This is because the lower end of the outer cylinder 19 made of aluminum comes into contact with the lower receiving portion 15, that is, serves as a so-called cutter for the thin portion 13. Moreover, since the projecting portion 23 is made to protrude larger than the inner diameter of the lower receiving portion 15 having a staggered cross section, it is possible to prevent the protrusion lower end 12 from being pushed up by a driver or the like to be illegally opened. In this case, if a force is applied outward to the lower receiving portion 15,
The thin portion 13 has a stepped cross section as described above,
The lower receiving portion 15 can be easily broken due to the staggered arrangement, so that unauthorized opening can be exposed. Therefore, unauthorized opening can be prevented.

Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, when the thin portion 13 is cut, the lower end of the outer cylinder 19 exhibits an effect as a cutter, so that the thin portion 13 can be cut more easily and the lower receiving portion can be cut. 15 is torn off, the lower surface of the middle cylinder 5 and the outer cylinder 19 are removed.
Since the sum of the respective areas of the lower surface of appears largely, when the finger is pushed there and pushed upward, the pushing can be facilitated. According to the third aspect of the present invention,
The cap can be removed very easily when the cap 33 is detached from the lower surface of the middle cylinder 6 by removing the cap.
Even without using 3, it can be removed very easily with a finger.

The invention of claim 4 has an extremely simple structure,
Since the outer lid 14 can be fixedly pressed against the inner plug 4 in the vertical direction and the radial direction, the outer cylinder 19 is cut when the thin portion 13 is cut off.
The lower end can be used as a stationary cutter.
Further, the invention of claim 5 includes a method in which the container is heated and filled for stopping fermentation or sterilizing, such as alcohol or juice. In such a case, the heat of the filling liquid is reduced by the container 1.
In some cases, the pressure of the inner plug 4 against the mouth 2 may be weakened along the mouth 2. In this case, the decrease in the pressure contact is caused by the outer cylinder 19
And the reduction in sealing can be suppressed to a level that does not hinder practical use.

According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, the protrusions 1 are stepped in cross-section and staggered by pulling with the knob 28.
A sufficient pulling force can be applied to the thin portion 13 between the lower portion 1 and the lower receiving portion 15, and the thin portion 13 can be easily torn.
