Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine a roller replacing time during operation without using any measuring devices by partially providing a projecting or a recessed part in the circumferential direction of a roller side face in a device where a pulley rotated in synchronization with an elevator car is rotated by pressing a roller integrally provided with a position detector. SOLUTION: An elevator car is raised by the rotation of a motor directly connected to a hoist sheave. A lever provided in a part of the car is connected to a speed governor pulley 8 provided in a machine room in the upper part of a vertical path and a governor rope 7 wound on a tension pulley in the bottom part of the vertical path. A roller 12 for driving a position detector is contacted with the roller rolling surface 11 of this governor pulley 8 and the number of pulses is produced in proportion to the moving amount of the car from the position detector. In this case, a recessed groove 12A-1 is provided in an L position from an outer periphery (wear limit and replacing reference value of the roller 12) in the side face of the roller 12, and by periodically confirming this mark by eyes, its wear is determined and replacing work is carried out.

In the prior art, a rubber-based roller is generally used on the outer periphery of the roller of the position detecting device in order to improve noise or frictional force (prevention of slipping with an opposing pulley). , Fit or bake. As the elevator rotates together with the operation of the elevator, abrasion occurs, the diameter of the roller changes, and the number of output pulses for one rotation of the opposing pulley increases. When the number of pulses exceeds a certain value (when the roller diameter is reached), the roller is replaced with a new roller.

According to the present invention, the roller is shaped so that the amount of wear is known, the measuring device is unnecessary, and the object is achieved without stopping the elevator. Alternatively, a convex portion may be provided, or the outer peripheral end of the roller may have a convex shape or a reverse convex shape.

According to the present invention, the roller has a stepped portion, that is, a convex portion or a reverse convex portion which can be visually confirmed at a position of an outer diameter serving as a wear limit and a replacement reference, or a concave portion or a convex portion on a roller side surface. Is provided, the replacement of the roller can be determined during operation without using a measuring instrument.
In addition, the shape serving as a mark can be sufficiently confirmed on either the outer periphery or the side surface of the roller by one method, but more effects can be obtained by combining the outer periphery and the measurement surface.

An elevator car 1 and a counterweight 2 are suspended from a hoisting sheave 4 via a rope 3 in a hanging manner. The hoisting sheave 4 is directly connected to the electric motor 5, and the car 1 moves up and down by the rotation of the electric motor 5. A lever 6 provided on a part of the car 1 is connected to an endless governor rope 7, which is wound around a governor pulley 8 of a governor provided in a machine room above the hoistway, and a lower folded part is a hoistway. It is wound around a tension pulley 9 installed at the bottom.

On the governor pulley 8, a rope groove 10 for winding the governor rope 7 and a roller rolling surface 11 are formed concentrically.
Are disposed so as to come into contact with each other. The position detector 13 generates a number of pulses proportional to the amount of movement of the car 1, and uses this pulse count value as a position signal. The position signal from the position detector 13 is input to a control device (not shown) and used for speed control of the elevator, position signal, and the like. The position detector 13 includes an arm 15 and a torsion spring 1 on a frame 14 of the governor pulley 8.
6 and so on. Therefore, the roller 12 provided on the position detector 13 is pressed by a suitable pressure against the roller rolling surface 11 of the governor pulley 8 by the force of the torsion spring 16 and rotates synchronously with the governor pulley 8 without slippage.

On the other hand, as shown in the sectional view (a) and the side view (b) of FIG. 4, the roller 12 is provided with a concave groove of 12A-1 on the roller side surface at a position L from the outer periphery (this position is defined as the limit of wear and the roller). In (c) and (d), a convex portion is provided at a position L from the outer periphery of the roller side surface.
In (e) and (f), the roller tip is shaped like a triangle, and in (g) and (h), the roller tip is shaped like a T, and the method is implemented by any of the methods.

With the above configuration, the elevator operates and the car 1
, The roller 12 of the position detector 13 rotates,
As described above, the pulse signal is generated and the position of the cage 1 is output, but the roller 12 wears over time. For this reason, the number of rotations of the roller 12 with respect to the vertical distance of the car 1 increases, and the number of output pulses increases. However, as described with reference to FIG. 4, if the marks on the outer periphery and side surfaces of the roller 12 are periodically visually checked and the roller 12 is replaced, the control device will not hinder the operation of the elevator.
