【発明の効果】本発明は、車体及びドアへの取付部材の
各自由端を連結部材の両端にヒンジ結合した車両用2軸
継手において、前記両ヒンジ結合にそれぞれストッパを
設けて、前記連結部材に中間を軸支したシーソー部材の
一端を選択的に常に係合し得るよう配設するとともに、
ドアの回動に応じて前記シーソー部材を切替えて前記ス
トッパのいずれかに係合せしめ、ロックする制御部材を
設けた第1の発明と、前記車両用2軸継手における前記
両ヒンジ結合を構成する車体側ピン及びドア側ピンに各
々ストッパを設けて、前記連結部材に中間を軸支したシ
ーソー部材の一端を選択的に常に係合し得るよう配設す
るとともに、車体側ピンに、ドアの回動に応じて前記シ
ーソー部材を前記ストッパの一方に切替えて係合せしめ
る制御カム部材を設けた第2の発明と、同じく前記2軸
継手における前記両ヒンジ結合部に各々ストッパを設け
て、前記連結部材に中間を軸支したシーソー部材の一端
を選択的に常に係合し得るよう配設するとともに、車体
側取付部材と連結部材間に、ドアの回動に応じて前記シ
ーソー部材を前記ストッパの一方に切替えて係合せしめ
る制御バンド部材を設けた第3の発明とからなるので、
構成が簡単で、加工、組立も容易であり、また強い力で
摺動する部分もないから塗膜がはがれて醜くなることも
ない。さらにストッパに係合するシーソー部材を制御部
材によりドアの開閉に応じて2軸の一方を選択的に且つ
確実にロックまたフリーとでき、ドアの開閉を円滑に行
える効果があり、殊に第2、第3発明では、制御部材が
それぞれ制御カム、制御バンドであるから、殊に製作が
容易で材料費も安く、作動も確実であるという効果があ
る。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】車体及びドアへの取付部材の各自由端を連
結部材の両端にヒンジ結合した車両用2軸継手におい
て、前記両ヒンジ結合にそれぞれストッパを設けて、前
記連結部材に中間を軸支したシーソー部材の一端を選択
的に常に係合し得るよう配設するとともに、ドアの回動
に応じて前記シーソー部材を切替えて前記ストッパのい
ずれかに係合せしめ、ロックする制御部材を設けたこと
を特徴とする車両用2軸継手。
