SOLUTION: A canvas sheet easily releasable from vulcanized rubber and having irregularities on at least one surface is surface-coated with a chloroprene rubber. The canvas sheet is applied to the bonding part of a rubber before vulcanization, the rubber is vulcanized in laminated state, the canvas sheet is peeled off immediately before bonding and the vulcanized rubber parts are bonded with each other at normal temperature using an adhesive.

されている。更には、本発明者などが提案したように、
バフ掛け等をすることなく、少なくとも片面に凹凸を持
ち且つ加硫ゴムとの剥離が容易なシート状のものを重ね
合わせた状態で加硫を行い、接着時にこれを剥がして接
着する方法を提案している。(特開平8−176314
号公報)

が出来るという発明者等の提案「特開平8−17631
4号」公報を応用したものであり、本発明は、この帆布
等のシート状のものに予めクロロプレン系ゴムを表面に
コーティングしたものを使用して接着部分に挿入・加硫
し、これを接着直前に剥がすと、ゴムの表面に極性の高
いクロロプレン系ゴムが付着することにより、極性の強
い樹脂系あるいはゴム系の接着剤、特に好ましくはクロ
ロプレン系接着剤等を介して良好な常温接着が可能とな
るものである。従って、ゴムそのものの物性等には影響
がない。
