Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hours in a packaging step without making a distinction between a main body and a lid and stack packaging containers on one another in the same posture in a state that they are not deviated from one another. SOLUTION: Article containing parts 5, 6 are formed symmetrically across a hinge 4 in container bodies 2, 3 connected to each other through the hinge 4. The depth of each of the article containing parts 5, 6 in both the container bodies 2, 3 is set to the same degree, and the container can be used even in such a state that any of the container bodies 2, 3 is capped with the other. A protrusion 10 is formed on each of the article containing parts 5 in the container body 2 on one side, and a recess 11 is formed in each of the article containing parts 6 in the container body 3 on the other side. When a plurality of containers 1 are stacked on one another in the same posture after package, the protrusions 10 of the upper or lower container 1 are fitted into the recesses 11 of the other container 1, and the containers can be held without being deviated from one another.

By the way, in the case of automatically packaging a solid article (product) such as a sphere in a container in which a container and a lid are integrally molded, a large number of stacked containers are peeled with the lid open. The containers set in the device and peeled one by one by the peeling device are transferred with the body opened upward,
During the transfer, the products are stored in the product storage unit, then the lid is closed and sealed, and finally, the products are stored in a stacked state in a cardboard box or the like.

In this case, the conventional container has a main body and a lid formed in different forms and can be used only in a posture in which the main body is facing down. Therefore, a plurality of stacked containers are set in a peeling device. In this case, the operator has to check the posture of the container one by one and set the container, which causes a problem that the work is troublesome. Furthermore, in the automatic packaging process using the container in which the main body and the lid are integrally molded,
Generally, the container is transferred in a posture such that its hinge portion extends along the transfer direction while the product is stored in the main body and then the lid is closed. There is a packaging device that closes to, and a packaging device that closes to the right side in the direction of travel.
As you say that you set it so that it is located on the right side,
The attitude of the container must be set in advance according to the closing direction of the lid, and in this respect also, setting the container is troublesome.
