2. Description of the Related Art It is important to enable stable storage of easily oxidizable food materials such as pigments, fragrances, lipids, enzymes, vitamins, fatty acids, fried foods and chemicals, and foods. Usually, a deoxidizer, a dehydrating agent, a nitrogen generating agent, a carbon dioxide generating agent, etc. are enclosed in a state where they are in direct contact with an object, and sealed by hermetically sealing. Dehydrating agents for confectionery and oxygen absorbers for fresh food are practical examples. However, in this method, the content and the stabilizer are in direct contact with each other, so that the safety image of the consumer is bad, and moreover, the harmful effects from the content, such as moisture and oily air, are attached to the stabilizer. In some cases, the functionality was poor and poor. Therefore, an oxygen gas absorbing sheet is adopted (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Sho 5).
3-117684), fixing a stabilizer with a double-sided adhesive tape and a surface coating sheet (JP-A-55-11643).
Although various innovations have been made such as Japanese Patent No. 4), the technology for completely eliminating the consumer image has not been developed.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The outer bag may be made of any material as long as it has gas barrier properties, is flexible, and does not deteriorate the contents. When heat sealing is used as the sealing means or the means for fixing the partition film, it is necessary to further have heat sealing properties. Preferred materials include a laminate film in which aluminum foils are laminated, a laminate film having an aluminum vapor deposition layer, a polyvinylidene chloride film, and a laminate film containing a polyvinylidene chloride layer. When heat sealing is used, it is preferable to dispose a resin having excellent heat sealing properties such as low density polyethylene or linear low density polyethylene in the innermost layer of the laminated film. The thickness of the film forming the outer bag varies depending on the weight of the content, but is generally 30 to 20.
About 0 μm, preferably about 50 to 150 μm is suitable. The form of the outer bag is a flat bag, a gusset bag, or the like.

The partition film may be any one as long as it is flexible and does not deteriorate the contents. For example, high pressure, medium pressure, low pressure polyethylene film, polypropylene film, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, nonwoven fabric, etc. can be used. The thickness of the partition film is 10 ~ 70μm
The degree is about 20 to 50 μm. It is possible to use a thin film having a high air and oxygen permeability as the intermediate partition film, but this is not preferable because the operability and workability when inserting the contents are deteriorated. Therefore, it has been found that a film having minute holes is suitable for the partition sheet.

The pores of the partition film are sized so that the contents do not pass through each other. It depends on what you put inside. For example, in the case of powder, the pore diameter is preferably 0.5 mm or less, and in the case of fried foods and snacks, the pore diameter is 5 mm or less.
mm does not matter. When the pore size is larger than these limit values, the content or water or oil content may move out,
It may impair the function of stabilizers such as oxygen scavengers. The lower limit of the pore size is not particularly limited, but if it is less than 0.01 mm, it is economically expensive because of the technique of forming a hole in the film, which is not preferable. Generally, a hole diameter of 5 to 0.01 mm, preferably 2 to 0.05 mm is used. The front, rear, left and right pitches between the holes, which are another factor for the perforated film, may be large when the holes are large, and are preferably small when the holes are small. Generally, a pitch of 1 to 5 mm is preferable when the hole diameter is 0.1 to 0.3 mm, and a pitch of 10 to 50 mm is preferable when the hole diameter is 3 to 5 mm. The hole shape is not particularly limited, but may be circular, rectangular, star-shaped or the like.

As the partition film, a film having the same size as the bag is used. The opening seals the inner partition film and the bag back surface film, and the bottom portion seals the inner partition film and the bag front surface film. In addition, a bag having a space for sealing the oxygen scavenger and the like from the bottom is prepared by sealing the inner partition film and the back film of the bag at a distance of 20 mm or more, preferably 50 to 100 mm from the opening. In the packaging, after the oxygen absorber or the like is charged from the bottom portion, the bottom portion is sealed and the oxygen absorber is sealed at the seal portion so as not to be mixed in by opening from the opening portion.
The outer bag and the partition film are not limited to the heat sealing method, but may be an ultrasonic sealing method or a hot melt bonding method.

As the stabilizer, an oxygen scavenger and a nitrogen generating agent in the case of easily oxidizable contents, a dehydrating agent in the case of easily absorbing moisture, and a carbon dioxide gas generating agent in the case of keeping freshness and storability. Is the main stabilizer and may be used alone or in combination of two or more. For example, for foods that are easily oxidized, the effect can be more exhibited by a combination of an oxygen absorber and a dehydrating agent or a combination of an oxygen absorber, a dehydrating agent and a nitrogen generating agent.

Transglutaminase is a particularly preferred food material to which the packaging of the present invention is applied. This transglutaminase is either calcium-independent or calcium-dependent. Examples of the former include those derived from microorganisms (see, for example, JP-A-1-27471).
Can be raised. Examples of the latter include those derived from guinea pig liver (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-50382) and those derived from fish (for example, Nobuo Seki et al., "Abstracts of Autumn Meeting of the Fisheries Society of Japan, 1988", pages 167 and "Heisei 2"). Annual Conference of Japan Society of Fisheries Science Spring Meeting ", p. 219). In addition, any transglutaminase such as those produced by genetic recombination can be used, and the origin and production method are not limited. However, from the viewpoints of functionality and economy, a calcium-independent one is preferred. For example, the above-mentioned microorganism-derived transglutaminase (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 1-27471)
Etc. satisfy any of the conditions, and can be said to be optimal at the present moment.
