Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 抗微生物材料であって、 プラスチック材料と、そして 該プラスチック材料中に捕らえられ、該プラスチック材料と複合体形成 していない分子状ハロゲンと、 を含む抗微生物材料。 2. 該プラスチック材料が、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン 、共重合ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート/ポリエステルブレンドおよびスチレ ン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン共重合体よりなる群より選ばれたものである 、請求項1に記載の抗微生物材料。 3. 約0乃至40%の該分子状ハロゲンが該プラスチック材料中に捕らえら れているものである、請求項1に記載の抗微生物材料。 4. 該分子状ハロゲンがヨウ素である、請求項1に記載の抗微生物材料。 5. 該プラスチック材料が、医療用器具へと形作られているものである、請 求項1に記載の抗微生物材料。 6. 該分子状ハロゲンが、該プラスチック材料と部分的に複合体形成されて いるものである、請求項1に記載の抗微生物材料。 7. 透析における使用のための透析用コネクターキャップであって、 プラスチック材料と、そして 該プラスチック材料中に捕らえられた分子状ハロゲンと、 を含むコネクターキャップ。 8. 該プラスチック材料が、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン、ポリプロピレン 、ポリスチレン、共重合ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート/ポリエステルブレン ドおよびスチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン共重合体よりなる群より選ば れたものである、請求項7に記載のコネクターキャップ。 9. 約0乃至40%の該分子状ハロゲンが該プラスチック材料中に捕らえら れているものである、請求項7に記載のコネクターキャップ。 10. 該分子状ハロゲンがヨウ素である、請求項7に記載のコネクターキャッ プ。 11. 該コネクターが透析において使用されるものである、請求項7に記載の コネクターキャップ。 12. 指向性放出材料であって、 ハロゲンを中に含浸させてある第一のプラスチック材料であって、該第 一のプラスチック材料と該ハロゲンが該ハロゲンについての第一の放出速度を有 する外表面を規定する、第一のプラスチック材料と、 ハロゲンを中に含浸させてある第二のプラスチック材料であって、該第 二のプラスチック材料と該ハロゲンが該ハロゲンについての第二の放出速度であ って、該ハロゲンの指向性放出を達成するために該第一の放出速度よりも速い第 二の放出速度を有する内表面を規定する、第二のプラスチック材料と、 を含む指向性放出材料。 13. 該第一および該第二のプラスチック材料が、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタ ン、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、共重合ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート/ ポリエステルブレンドおよびスチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン共重合体 よりなる群よりそれぞれ選ばれたものである、請求項12に記載の指向性放出材 料。 14. 約0乃至40%の該ハロゲンが該第一および該第二のプラスチック材料 それぞれの中に含浸されているものである、請求項12に記載の指向性放出材料 。 15. 該ハロゲンがヨウ素である、請求項12に記載の指向性放出材料。 16. 消毒性材料をつくるための方法であって、 プラスチック材料をハロゲンガスと接触させ、該ハロゲンガスが該プラ スチック材料中に吸収されるステップを含む、 方法。 17. 該プラスチック材料を元素としてのハロゲンと接触させることによって 更に規定され、該元素としてのハロゲンが該プラスチック材料中に吸収されるハ ロゲンガス中へと昇華するものである、請求項16に記載の方法。 18. 該プラスチック材料が、ポリエチレン、ポリウレタン、ポリプロピレン 、ポリスチレン、共重合ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート/ポリエステルブレン ドおよびスチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレン共重合体よりなる群より選ば れたものである、請求項16に記載の方法。 19. 約0乃至40%の該ハロゲンガスが該プラスチック材料中に吸収されて いるものである、請求項16に記載の方法。 20. 該ハロゲンガスがヨウ素である、請求項16に記載の方法。 21. 該ハロゲンガスが該プラスチック材料から拡散する速度を制御するステ ップをさらに含むものである、請求項16に記載の方法。 22. 該プラスチック材料を医療用器具へと形成するステップをさらに含むも のである、請求項16に記載の方法。 23. プラスチック材料を含浸するための方法であって、 囲い込まれた容器内にヨウ素結晶を入れるステップと、そして ヨウ素が該プラスチック材料中へと吸収されることを許容するのに十分 な時間、該囲い込まれた容器内に該プラスチック材料を配置するステップと、 を含む方法。 24. 該囲い込まれた容器内に乾燥したヨウ素結晶を入れるステップをさらに 含むものである、請求項23に記載の方法。 25. 請求項23に記載の方法であって、 該囲い込まれた容器内に元素としてのヨウ素の溶液を入れるステップと 、そして ヨウ素結晶を形成させるために該溶液を蒸発させるステップと、 をさらに含むものである方法。 26. 該囲い込まれた容器が透析用コネクターおよびキャップである、請求項 23に記載の方法。 27. 該プラスチック材料がプラスチック円盤である、請求項2 3に記載の方法。 28. 腹膜透析用コネクター内での使用のためのプラスチック円盤を含浸する 方法であって、 該腹膜透析用コネクターのためのキャップ内にヨウ素結晶を入れるステ ップと、 該キャップ内の該ヨウ素結晶を覆って該プラスチック円盤を配置するス テップと、そして 該腹膜透析用コネクターに該キャップを閉めるステップと、 を含む方法。 29. 該キャップ内に乾燥したヨウ素結晶を入れるステップをさらに含むもの である、請求項28に記載の方法。 30. 請求項28に記載の方法であって、 該キャップ内に元素としてのヨウ素の溶液を入れるステップと、そして ヨウ素結晶を形成させるために該溶液を蒸発させるステップと、 をさらに含むものである方法。
