Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.450〜500℃の温度および1.5〜3MPaの圧力において、中空円 筒状に配置されたプラチナ/レニウム触媒に、円筒軸に対して垂直方向へ水素お よび炭化水素混合物を通過させることにより、該混合物を接触改質して高オクタ ン価ガソリンを製造する方法において、原料混合物を、円筒軸から周辺部に向け て通過させることを特徴とする方法。 2.原料混合物は、1.5〜1.8h-1の空間速度で流す請求項1に記載の方 法。 3.水素含有ガスの炭化水素に対する容積比1200〜1800標準m3/炭 化水素標準m3で原料混合物を流す請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4.請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法を実施するための反応器であり、原 料混合物を導入するためのポートと触媒を取り出すためのポート(2,3)を有 するハウジング(1)、ハウジングの外壁および内表面に接触せずにハウジング 内に設置され、同軸的に配置され開口(8,9)を持つ内壁(7)および外壁( 6)を有する中空インサート(5)を有してなり、インサートの両端にはカバー (11,12)が取付られ、その一方(12)は環状であって、ハウジングの内 表面とインサートの内壁との間に配置され、他方(11)は円形であり、インサ ートの端部を完全に覆うことができる反応器であって、環状カバー(12)は、 原料混合物を導入するためのポートに最も近い末端に取り付けられ、円形カバー は触媒を取り出すためのポートに最も近い末端に取り付けられていることを特徴 とする反応器。 5.インサート(5)の内壁(7)は、円筒状であり、その開口(9)は、原 料混合物供給用ポートに最も近い末端から他端に向かってインサートの軸方向で 開口間の間隔が減少していくように配置されている請求項4に記載の反応器。 6.開口(9)の間の間隔は、1.2〜2.5の倍率で減少する請求項5に記 載の反応器。 7.インサートの内壁(7)は、原料混合物供給用ポートに最も近い末端から 他端に向かってインサートの軸(20)方向で増加する直径を有する請求項4に 記載の反応器。 8.インサートの内壁(7)は、円錐形である請求項7に記載の反応器。 9.インサートの内壁(7)は、軸断面で見た場合ステップ状である請求項7 に記載の反応器。 10.インサートの内壁(7)は、軸断面で見た場合、原料混合物供給用ポー トに最も近い末端から他端に向かってインサートの軸方向で軸横断面積が増加し ていくようなステップ状にされている請求項9に記載の反応器。 11.ステップ部の軸横断面積は、1.2〜2.5の倍率で増加している請求 項10に記載の反応器。 12.カバーは、2つまたはそれ以上の部分から構成されている請求項4〜1 1のいずれかに記載の反応器。
