Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ヒドロキシル基を有する基体を基礎とし、その表面上にポリマーが共有結合 している活性化基材であって、以下: a)該基礎基体は脂肪族ヒドロキシル基を有し、 b)該共有結合ポリマーは該基体に末端モノマー単位を経由して結合しており 、 c)該ポリマーは下記式(I)のモノマー単位を含み、 d)該モノマー単位は線状に連結している。 [但し上式中、R1、R2及びR3は互いに独立にH又はCH3であり、R4はH又 は1〜5の炭素原子数を有するアルキル基であり、nは1と5の間の整数である ] を特徴とする前記活性化基材。 2.ヒドロキシル基を有する基体を基礎とし、その表面上にポリマーが共有結合 している活性化基材の製造方法であって、以下のプロセスステップ: a)式(II) [但し上式中、R4はH又は1〜5の炭素原子数を有するアルキル基であり、n は1と5の間の整数である。] のクロロヒドリン−含有アルキルアミンのアクリロイル化、 b)セリウム(IV)イオン存在下における、ステップa)からのモノマーのヒ ドロキシル基を有する基礎基体粒子上へのグラフト重合、及び c)クロロヒドリンラジカルのエポキシドへの反応: を特徴とする前記製造方法。 3.請求項1に記載の活性化基材の、クロマトグラフィー用分離材の製造への使 用。 4.請求項1に記載の活性化基材の、酵素の固定化への使用。 5.分離機能材が請求項1に記載の活性化基材に結合することを特徴とする、ク ロマトグラフィー用分離材の製造方法。 6.請求項5に記載の方法によって製造することがで きるクロマトグラフィー用分離材。 7.請求項1に記載の活性化基材に結合することを特徴とする、酵素の固定化方 法。 8.請求項7に記載の方法によって製造することができる固定化酵素。
