Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内部流量計を備えている医療機械と共に使用されるように意図された蠕動 ポンプを校正する方法にして、前記蠕動ポンプが取替え可能なポンプセグメント と流体をポンプセグメント内に前進させるための推進装置とを含む方法において 、 前記ポンプセグメントが前記推進装置内の所定位置に配置されているときに前 記ポンプセグメントに流体を導入し、 前記推進装置を実質的に一定の速度として前記流体を前記蠕動ポンプにより圧 送し、 前記ポンプセグメントに対する少なくとも一つの調節された入口圧力を得てそ の圧力を測定し、 少なくとも一つの校正組値を得るために、前記の少なくとも一つの調節された 入口圧力を得ている間に、医療機械の前記内部流体流量計により前記ポンプセグ メントを通る流体の流量を測定することを特徴とする方法。 2.請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法にして、少なくとも三つの校正組値を得、 該校正組値の一つはデータシートから得ることができ、さらに、 前記一定の回転速度における流体の流量と入口圧力との間の関係に対する前記 校正組値から校正曲線を計算し、 推進装置の実際の入口圧力および実際の回転速度に基づいた前記校正曲線から 実際の流体の流量を決定することを特徴とする方法。 3.請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の方法にして、データシートから得 られた標準値補償により、または少なくとも15分、好ましくは、少なくとも3 0分のある時間間隔の経過後に校正を行うことにより、校正曲線をその時間依存 性に対して補償することを特徴とする方法。 4.請求の範囲第1項、第2項または第3項に記載の方法にして、医療機械の 前記内部流体流量計から前記流体流量を得るために、前記の調節された入口圧力 の間に、蠕動ポンプの出口から流体の流れを医療機械中に導入することを特徴と する方法。 5.請求の範囲第1項、第2項または第3項に記載の方法にして、前記の調節 された入口圧力の間に前記医療機械の出口から前記ポンプセグメントの入口への 流れを得て、前記入口の流量を前記医療機械の前記内部流量計により測定するこ とを特徴とする方法。 6.請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法にして、前記医療機械の内部ポンプから前 記の調節された入口圧力を得て、前記内部ポンプが前記入口圧力を提供するよう に作動することを特徴とする方法。 7.請求の範囲第4項または第5項に記載の方法にして、調節可能な絞り弁に より前記の調節された入口圧力を得ることを特徴とする方法。 8.請求の範囲第1項から第7項までのいずれか一項に記載の方法にして、前 記医療機械が透析機械であることを特徴とする方法。 9.請求の範囲第1項から第8項までのいずれか一項に記載の方法を行うため の医療機械にして、内部流体流量計と、前記推進装置内に導入される蠕動ポンプ セグメントと協働するための蠕動推進装置を含む蠕動ポンプとを備えている医療 機械において、 ポンプセグメントの入口を溶液源と接続するための第1ホース(42)と、 ポンプセグメントの出口を廃棄部と接続するための第2ホース(43)と、 前記推進装置(39)を実質的に一定の速度として前記蠕動ポンプにより圧送 する間に前記ポンプセグメント(36)への少なくとも一つの調節された入口圧 力を得てその圧力を測定する装置(20,23,16)と、 前記流体流量計により前記の調節された入口圧力を得ている間に前記ポンプセ グメントを通る流体の流量を測定する装置(18,19)とを有することを特徴 とする医療機械。 10. 請求の範囲第9項に記載の医療機械にして、 入口圧力および流体の流量の前記の1組または複数の組の測定値から校正曲線 を計算するための計算装置(25)と、 推進装置の実際の入口圧力および実際の回転速度に基づく前記校正曲線から実 際の流体の流量を決定するための決定装置(25)とを特徴とする医療機械。 11. 請求の範囲第9項または第10項に記載の医療機械にして、前記第2ホ ース(43)が、前記流体流量計(18,19)に通じ、さらに廃棄部に通じて いる医療機械の入口(15)と接続されていることを特徴とする医療機械。 12. 請求の範囲第9項または第10項に記載の医療機械にして、前記第1ホ ース(42)が医療機械の出口(15)と接続され、かつ出口の流量が前記内部 流体流量計(18,19)により測定されることを特徴とする医療機械。 13. 請求の範囲第9項から第12項までのいずれか一項に記載の医療機械に して、ポンプセグメントの入口または前記第1ホースがポンプセグメントへの入 口圧力を前記の調節された入口圧力に調節するための調節可能な絞り弁(23) を備えていることを特徴とする医療機械。 14. 請求の範囲第12項に記載の医療機械にして、前記医療機械が前記出口 (15)における圧力を調節するための装置(20,21)を備え、それにより ポンプセグメントの入口への圧力が調節されることを特徴とする医療機械。 15. 請求の範囲第9項から第14項までのいずれか一項に記載の医療機械に して、前記医療機械が透析機械であることを特徴とする医療機械。
