The present invention also relates to a device for detecting an oxidizable substance described in claim 5 below. From GB-A-2 185 579 it is known to detect flammable gaseous hydrocarbons with a measuring bridge containing a pellistor. A perister is a special type of resistor with a temperature dependent resistance, which will be described in more detail later. The design of the perister is described in detail in GB 2 044 937, for example. Previously known solutions that use peristals commonly have an explosion without attempting to provide directly readable measurements such as the percentage or ppm ratio of certain substances, such as hydrocarbons in mines and ships. It has been used in areas where it is necessary to detect the presence of certain hazardous substances due to the danger of. The object of the invention is to obtain a method and a device which can be adapted to new fields of adaptation. This object is achieved by the method and device of the present invention, the features of which are set out in claims 1 and 5 respectively below. BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings by a preferred embodiment, in which FIG. 1 schematically shows an example of an exhaust gas sensor in the shape of a perister, 2 schematically shows an example of the detection device according to the present invention, FIG. 3 schematically shows an analysis system of a catalytic converter, and FIG. 4 shows exhaust gas according to another embodiment. FIG. 5 shows a gas sensor, and FIG. 5 is a side view of the exhaust gas sensor of FIG. 4. Although exhaust gas sensors of the perister type are known in the art, they are described here in an advantageous embodiment. The name perister comes from a "pellet-shaped resistor". The perister is therefore a small diameter, eg 50 μm diameter, electrical resistance element in the form of a platinum wire 2, immersed in aluminum oxide and in the form of a catalyst, eg based on palladium, platinum, nickel or rhodium. It is inserted into the sleeve 3. The platinum wire ends 4, 5 project from the sleeve and are the two points of connection of the perister to the other components of the measuring device. The maximum ratio of area to volume has been sought in order to obtain a high degree of responsiveness. In the case of the present invention, high responsiveness is obtained by forming the sleeve 3 with a thin film and forming the resistance wire having the sleeve around it in the shape of a cylinder that is straight or bent into, for example, a U shape. When using a U-shaped sleeve, one side is exposed to the atmosphere and the other side is exposed to the gas to be measured. A perister is a kind of resistor having a temperature-dependent resistance, and when a voltage is applied to the perister, it emits heat at a relatively high temperature, for example, 500 to 600 ° C. When the ignition point of the oxidizable material that contacts the surface of the catalytic sleeve 3 is reached, the material ignites on the surface. Then, due to the heat of the ongoing reaction, the temperature of the perister further rises and the resistance of the platinum wire 2 increases, which rise can be observed by measuring the current or voltage. As is apparent from FIG. 2, the detection device according to the invention is designed as a measuring bridge, which in the example shown has a Wheatstone with a first branch to which the first exhaust gas sensor in the form of the perister described above is connected. It is a bridge. Hereinafter, this is referred to as an active perister D. In the second bridge, a second exhaust gas sensor in the form of a second perister R is connected, and the second perister R does not have the catalyst sleeve described above, and therefore it is possible to determine the temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, etc. Has become an inactive reference perister to correct for environmental factors. It should be noted that the resistance elements of the exhaust gas sensors R, D do not necessarily have to be pellet-shaped and may have other geometric shapes. In the other two branches of the bridge, two separate resistors 6, 7 with a relatively low resistance value, in the example shown, of 270 ohm, are connected. A resistor 8 is connected in parallel to the reference perister 1, and the size of the resistor 8 is specific to each combination of peristers. The two connection points 9 and 10 of the peristers D and R are not common, and the voltage power supply 11 for voltage measurement is connected via these connection points. A potentiometer 12 is connected in parallel to this, and a movable terminal 13 of the potentiometer 12 is connected to a common connection point 14 of the fixed resistors 6 and 7. A voltage measuring device 16 is connected via this connection point 14 and a common connection point 15 of the perister, and this voltage measuring device 16 is a signal for amplifying the voltage signal from the Wheatstone bridge, for example, on the scale of 10. It is composed of an amplifier. If the bridge is in equilibrium, that is to say if the resistance of the perister is equal to the mutual deviation compensated by the resistor 8, there will be no voltage difference between the connection points 14 and 15. Component tolerances, i.e. non-equilibrium in the bridge, are also corrected by the potentiometer 12 so that the zero value of the voltage measuring device 16 can be adjusted in the absence of oxidizable substances. At the same time that the voltage source 11 is connected and the temperature of the sleeve 3 of the sensor perister rises to a value sufficient to ignite the oxidizable substance on its surface, at the same time the detection device, in particular the two peristers, is placed in the same space as the oxidizable substance. In some cases, the resistance of the sensor perister increases. This causes the measurement bridge to become unbalanced and a voltage rise between the connection points 14 and 15 which can be read directly as a measurement value from the voltage measuring device 16 or, after signal processing, oxidation. The presence of possible substances and their content can be displayed together. According to the invention, the detection device is especially intended for measuring the operating status of a combustion engine. An example of such detection is the detection of combustion of fuel, which can be used for laboratory inspection as well as for ongoing management of operation. In the latter case, include the detector in an automatic control system for adjusting parameters affecting combustion conditions, such as controlling the timing of fuel injection and ignition so that optimum combustion conditions are obtained. You can To this end, the detection device comprises at least one set of peristers, an active perister and a reference perister, at the exit of the combustion chamber, immediately after the combustion chamber or at some distance in the exhaust system. The detection device can also detect the function of the catalytic converter at the exhaust of the combustion engine. To this end, for the purpose of analyzing the exhaust gas, more precisely for the presence and content of unburned oxidizable substances, or for determining the conversion rate of the catalytic converter, that is, the efficiency factor of the catalytic converter. To do this, the detection device may be installed after the catalytic converter. In the latter case, a dual system with two sets of peristers is used, one set before the catalytic converter and the other after the catalytic converter. By using a dual instrument bridge, two output signals are obtained and these signals are compared and processed by a signal processing system. However, for a stable engine it is sufficient to install a set of peristers after the catalytic converter for the detection of the efficiency factor. FIG. 3 schematically shows an analysis system of the catalytic converter 17, which has an exhaust gas sensor 18 containing a first active perister D and a second perister R ( See also Figure 2.) The exhaust gas sensor 18 is installed on the upstream side of the catalytic converter 17 and is part of the above-mentioned measurement bridge. The measuring bridge has a voltage measuring device 16 connected to a control unit 19 by means of a computer, which control unit 19 is used to store the voltage value of the measuring bridge measured by the voltage measuring device 16. Furthermore, another exhaust gas sensor 20 is provided downstream of the catalytic converter 17 in the form of a second set of peristers (with two peristers similar to those described above). The second exhaust gas sensor 20 is connected to the control unit 19 via the second voltage measuring device 21. The value of the voltage imbalance in each of the two measuring bridges of which the exhaust gas sensors 18, 20 form part, measured by the voltage measuring devices 16 and 21, is sent to the control unit 19. Then, in the control unit 19, the measured voltage value is converted into a unit of concentration of CO and HC components in the exhaust gas. This conversion is based on the fact that CO and HC components react with oxygen at the catalytic surface of the exhaust gas sensors 18,20. This reaction produces heat that raises the temperature of the catalyst surface. The higher the concentration of combustible material, the more heat will be generated, provided there is a sufficient amount of oxygen. The increase in temperature increases the resistance of the measuring device, and as a result, the voltage difference is measured by each of the voltage measuring devices 16 and 21. In practice, the voltage is measured for a known gas mixture, after which the relationship between this temperature rise and the concentration of CO and HC components is calculated. This relationship has proven to be substantially linear over a very wide temperature range and can therefore be used to determine the concentration of CO and HC components in a particular exhaust gas mixture. Efficiency factor rather than efficiency, and the catalytic converter 17 may determine the relation η = (1-X afte r / X before), wherein, X after the CO and HC in the exhaust gas downstream of the catalytic converter 17 the concentration of component (unit g / s), X befor e is the concentration of CO and HC components in the upstream of the catalytic converter 17. The value of the efficiency coefficient η is used to indicate whether the catalytic converter is not operating or whether the ability to purify the exhaust gas is reduced. On the other hand, it is also important to know that the catalytic converter 17 has not failed if, for some reason, the vehicle emits too much. In another embodiment, only one exhaust gas sensor 20 (in the form of only one set of peristers) may be provided downstream of the catalytic converter 17. In order to determine the efficiency coefficient of the catalyst 17, it is necessary to know the exhaust substances before and after the catalytic converter 17. By using only one exhaust gas sensor 20 and comparing the measured value with the stored value corresponding to the exhaust gas from a normal engine, the exhaust gas and thus the catalyst efficiency coefficient are kept constant. (Ie, the relationship between load and engine speed) can be determined. Further, the CO and HC component values, which are calculated as described above, can also be used in a feedback loop to reduce exhaust emissions after the catalytic converter. For this purpose, the measured value sent from the exhaust gas sensor can be used, for example, to increase or decrease the amount of injected fuel, adjust the ignition point, or change the amount of EGR (exhaust gas recirculation). The values measured by the voltage measuring devices 16 and 21 can also be used to determine the temperature value of the exhaust gas. The exhaust gas temperature value is derived from the resistance of one resistance element of the exhaust gas sensor. The exhaust gas temperature value is used to prevent overheating of the exhaust system, especially the catalytic converter. By measuring the exhaust gas temperature, the delivery and ignition of the fuel can be controlled to obtain a temperature as close to the limit as possible without risking the temperature becoming too high. This makes it possible to reduce the fuel consumption (in certain driving situations). In addition, the exhaust gas temperature can also be used to supplementarily control the efficiency of the catalytic converter. Finally, the exhaust gas temperature can also be used to determine the light-off temperature of a particular catalytic converter. In yet another embodiment, the signal from the exhaust gas sensor may be analyzed during a starting stroke to detect when the catalytic converter fires (so-called light-off time). In addition to exhaust gas detection, a detection device can also be used to directly detect and analyze the vapor pressure of the fuel in the fuel tank, in which case a set of peristers will be above the liquid fuel level in the tank. To detect the amount of hydrocarbons in. The amount of oxygen in the tank is actually detected by the fact that the gas phase fuel in the tank has an excess of combustibles at "normal" temperatures. From this the vapor pressure can be calculated. Preferably, the measurement is carried out before the cold start, but it is also possible to carry out the measurement at a warm start, in which a stable state begins, that is, a stable state is obtained in the tank by contact with the atmosphere. In the steady state, the external temperature is also measured to obtain the reference value and the correction factor. If the set of detector peristers is installed at the exhaust gas outlet of a combustion engine, the device can also be used to detect improper ignition by analyzing the heat of combustion. In addition, transient exhaust emissions can be characterized by examining the output signal of the detector. To this end, the engine speed may be varied to analyze unburned material in the exhaust gas, especially during acceleration and deceleration. For good correlation, it is also desirable that the exhaust gas stream does not contain too rich a mixture, which occurs because the fuel / atmosphere mixture is too rich. When adapting to the case of containing a rich mixture, a peristal may be provided in the bypass stream with atmospheric addition to reduce the mixture. Alternatively, the voltage may be applied to a ceramic carrier (ion pump), one side of which is in contact with the atmosphere and the other side is in contact with the gaseous environment to be analyzed. FIG. 4 shows an example of an exhaust gas sensor 22 that delivers oxygen to the exhaust gas. The exhaust gas sensor 22 contains a substantially box-shaped sensor body 23 made of an ion-conducting ceramic material, preferably ZrO 2 . A first active electrode 25 is provided on the cover 24 of the sensor body 23, which electrode preferably comprises a platinum conductor pattern. The sensor 22 also contains a reference electrode 26, which likewise consists of a conductive platinum pattern. Electrodes 25 and 26 correspond to the perister sets D and R described above with reference to FIG. 2, respectively. According to FIG. 5, the sensor 22 also comprises a third electrode 27 provided under the cover 24 and made of a metal capable of ionizing oxygen, for example nickel or platinum. The third electrode 27 is provided so as to contact the ambient atmosphere. A current flows from the first active electrode 25 on the exhaust gas side to the third electrode 27. In this way, oxygen ions are transported from the surrounding atmosphere to the first active electrode 25. Here, oxygen reacts with excess hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide. In this way, an appropriate measurement signal can be obtained from the exhaust gas sensor even with "rich" exhaust gas, that is, exhaust gas lacking oxygen. By adding oxygen, the numerical value indicated by the exhaust gas sensor 22 becomes independent of the oxygen content of the exhaust gas. To simplify this process, means 28 for applying a negative potential (about a few volts) to the third electrode 25, 26 relative to the first and second electrodes 25, 26 are preferably connected to the exhaust gas sensor. Set up. It should be noted that the exhaust gas sensor 22 does not necessarily have to be provided in the bypass passage, but may be provided in contact with the exhaust gas outlet itself. Practical trials have shown that the amount of oxygen added can be varied at relatively large intervals. Therefore, it is not necessary to precisely control the amount of oxygen excess, it is important that there is a sufficient excess of oxygen. Note that excess oxygen can be obtained by adding oxygen alone or an oxygen-containing gas such as atmosphere. In another experiment, the numerical values of the detectors were proved to be well proportional in a wide measurement field, which was observed by measuring the concentration of hydrocarbons. A good correlation is also observed when measuring carbon monoxide. Unburned residues in the exhaust system of a combustion engine can be formed by multiple substances. The sensing device of the present invention can be used to select substances of different firing temperatures by applying different operating voltages to the sensor perister to create different temperatures with resistance. This provides two detectors with different operating voltages, operates one detector in different modes or at different voltage levels to obtain different time intervals, as well as in signal processing. Can also be solved by dividing it in time and conducting analysis. The invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings, but can be modified within the scope of the claims described below. For example, the metrology bridge can be designed with different circuit configurations. As an ideal component, for example, the fixed resistor 8 and the potentiometer 12 can be omitted. Further, the voltage and the resistance value can be changed.
