【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】フッ素系またはシリコーン系等の撥水剤で
処理されている布地等、もしくは織布組織で撥水性を有
する布地等に合成樹脂の立体模様を付着させる部位の表
面を、アルゴンやヘリウム等の混合する不活性ガスの雰
囲気がほぼ大気圧に等しい圧力に保たれている空間内で
グロー放電により安定したプラズマが発生している中を
通過させることにより表面改質つまり接着性を向上させ
る処理を行い、更に表面改質処理後の部位に接着性を高
めるためのシランカップリング剤等のプライマーを塗布
し、あらかじめ所定の立体模様の凹型が彫り込まれた金
型のキャビティー内に熱硬化する液状の合成樹脂を充填
し、この金型と表面改質された布地等を向かい合わせに
合わせて加熱プレス機にセットし、所定時間、所定温度
で加熱し、合成樹脂等の立体模様を撥水布の上に形成付
着させる方法。

加熱プレス機にセットし、所定時間、所定温度で加熱
し、合成樹脂等の立体模様をを撥水布の上に付着させる
方法。
