Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform the mounting works easily and properly and improve the flatness of the surface after mounting and also the outside appearance by furnishing a surface layer with a nail hole or a nail hole marker therefore, and embedding a countersunk space under the surface layer to accommodate the head of a nail, etc. CONSTITUTION: A nail hole 5 or a marker therefore is furnished on a surface layer 1, and then in an under-layer 2 directly under the layer 1, a countersunk space 7 is embedded as a seat for accommodating the head of a nail, etc. The obtained composite board is placed in the specified position, and a nail or screw is driven into the nail hole 5 or to the center of the marker. The head of the nail or screw runs against the surface layer 1 with progress of the tip biting into the underlay material, and the surface layer 1 is pushed locally and deformed into the space 7. The surface layer 1 deformed locally contacts with the undersurface of the space 7, and the deformation stops. At the same time, the oversurface position of the nail head, etc., becomes identical to the oversurface of the surface layer 1. Thereby the mounting can be done properly and quickly without skillfulness, and also an enhanced appearance is provided.

It was a conventional technique to provide a seat for accommodating the heads of nails, screws, etc. on the surface of the composite plate or plate when attaching with fasteners (hereinafter referred to as nails, screws, etc.) such as screws and bolts. However, in the case of a composite board, it is structurally difficult to provide a seat on the surface because the surface layer is thin, and it is not economical to process the seat on the surface layer. It was often used without. In that case, as shown in FIG. 6, the heads 9 such as nails and screws for attaching the composite plate are used while protruding from the surface of the composite plate, or the lower layer of the composite plate is soft like foam resin. In the case, use a hammer or screwdriver to remove the nails and screws, and
As described above, the head 9 such as a nail or a screw has been used by being driven in or tightened until it becomes flush with the surface of the composite plate.

Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 6, attachment of a conventional composite plate is often performed with a head 9 such as a nail or a screw protruding from the upper surface of the surface layer. In this case, the heads 9 such as nails and screws are exposed on the surface of the composite plate after the construction, and there is an aesthetic problem. There was a problem that it was necessary to further install wall cloth, wallpaper, interior finishing board, carpet, flooring (hereinafter referred to as "finishing material") on the upper layer of the board. Furthermore, even when this finishing material is applied, since there are irregularities, there are drawbacks that it is difficult to make the surface of the finishing material completely flat, and problems such as impairing adhesion are likely to occur.

When the lower layer of the composite plate is a little soft, when the nail is struck or the screw is strongly tightened, the surface layer locally appears at the lower portion of the head 9 such as the nail or screw as shown in FIG. It deforms and nails and screws bite into it. Therefore, if the nails / screws are bitten until the upper surfaces of the heads 9 such as the nails / screws exactly match the upper surfaces of the surface layers, the surface of the composite plate after the construction will have no protrusion of the nails / screws or the like. It is almost flat and almost flat. This kind of construction has also been carried out quite widely.

In particular, as recently done, when an unskilled worker performs construction using a powered hammer or a powered driver, the above problems increase due to the difficulty of control. was there. In particular, when the composite plate is a panel for air conditioning and heating, such an inconvenience in construction affects finish processing, for example, flatness, aesthetics and adhesion of the flooring. In the case of floor heating, if there is a problem with the flatness or adhesion, when you step on the floor, there is a noise, the uniformity of heat transfer is impaired, and the flooring tends to warp or step after long-term use. It may cause troubles such as.

In many cases, the surface layer 1 compensates for the lacking properties of the functional material of the lower layer 2, and aims at maintaining the shape of the composite plate, maintaining the mounting strength, and facilitating the handling. It is often configured. When the composite board is a heating / cooling panel or floor material for floor heating, the surface layer 1
Must have excellent heat conductivity. Therefore, as the material of the surface layer 1, a metal such as steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, zinc alloy, lead alloy or titanium alloy is used. In particular, for cooling and heating, an aluminum alloy or a copper alloy is often used as a preferable selection because it has a good heat transfer property. Further, when the lower layer 2 has a certain shape-maintaining strength such as synthetic resin material, foamed resin material, concrete material, lightweight concrete material, wood processing material, or natural wood, it is waterproof, moisture-proof, and moisture-proof. Synthetic resin material, fiber material or rubber elastic material is used as the material of the surface layer 1 for the purpose of moisture, dew condensation prevention, antibacterial, antifungal, insect repellent, anti-mite, deodorant, fragrance, etc. Transparent or translucent materials are used. Here, the terms aluminum alloy and copper alloy are used to mean aluminum or a material containing copper as a main component, and mean a broad sense of alloys including pure aluminum and pure copper.

As shown in FIG. 5, the composite plate is attached to the base material with nails, screws or the like. Therefore, a nail hole 5 is formed at a predetermined position on the surface layer 1. The nail hole 5 may be formed only in the surface layer 1 (see FIG. 1), or may be connected to the guide hole 8 in the lower layer 2 and penetrated through the composite plate (FIGS. 2 and 4). See also). When the surface layer 1 is thin and soft and does not hinder nailing or screwing, the nail hole is omitted and only the nail hole mark is attached. In the case where the surface layer 1 is transparent or the surface layer 1 is so flexible that the unevenness of the upper surface of the lower layer 2 can be visually or touched from the top of the surface layer 1, the visual positioning is a nail hole mark. Work as.

In any case, below this surface layer 1,
Immediately below the nail hole 5 or the nail hole mark 6, a dish-shaped space 7 for burying a seat for accommodating the head 9 such as a nail or a screw is embedded. The dish space 7 is not on the outer surface of the composite plate,
The feature of the present invention is that it is buried under the surface layer 1. The shape of this dish-shaped space 7 is
Depending on the shape of the head 9 such as a screw, the seat surface may be a mortar-type (inverse cone-type) inclined surface as shown in FIG. 1, 2 or 3, or as shown in FIG. In some cases, the seat surface is flat. The depth of the dish-shaped space 7 is such that when the nails, screws, etc. are appropriately driven and tightened, the head 9 such as the nails, screws, etc. locally deforms the surface layer 1 into the dish-shaped space 7. A seat for the head 9 such as a nail or screw is formed, and the depth is set so that the upper surface of the head 9 such as a nail or screw at that time matches the upper surface of the surface layer 1.

In order to attach the composite plate constructed as described above to the base material, first place the composite plate in a predetermined position, and nail the nail in the center of the nail hole 5 or the nail hole mark 6 of the surface layer 1. Or tighten the screw. Nail, screw, etc. penetrates the surface layer 1, penetrates the lower layer 2 and digs into the base material 4, but if the lower layer 2 has a guide hole 8, it penetrates the lower layer 2 more smoothly and more accurately. To prevent the nails and screws from falling or tilting.

As the tips of the nails and screws bite into the base material 4, the underside of the head 9 of the nails and screws, that is, the neck portion, contacts the surface layer 1 and pushes the surface layer 1 locally to form a dish-shaped space. Transform into 7. Locally deformed surface layer 1
Hits the lower surface of the dish-shaped space 7 and is supported here to stop the deformation. Thus, a seat for the head 9 such as nails and screws is formed, and the upper surface of the head 9 such as nails and screws matches the upper surface height of the surface layer 1, and the surface of the composite board after the composite board mounting construction is completed. Has high flatness and is beautifully finished.

For nails, screws, etc., the surface layer 1 which is locally deformed in the dish type space portion 7 is tightened by the neck portion thereof, so that the entire surface layer 1 is tightened and the dish type space portion which is locally deformed is also tightened. The composite plate is firmly attached to the base material 4 by tightening the lower layer 2 not only through the surface layer 1 in 7 but also through the entire surface layer 1. The dish-shaped space 7 is
Since the shape and dimensions are according to the shape and dimensions of the head 9 such as nails and screws to be used, even if an unskilled worker performs the construction, or if there is some variation in the force of nailing or screw tightening. The upper surface of the head 9 such as a nail or a screw stops at a height that matches the upper surface of the surface layer 1, and the projection of the head 9 such as a nail or a screw due to insufficient tightening as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 8B, the head 9 such as a nail or screw is excessively sunk due to excessive tightening, or swelling around the nail or screw as shown in FIG. 8C is less likely to occur. If the lower layer 2 has the guide hole 8, it is possible to prevent the nails, screws, etc. from falling or tilting.
Not only is the tightening easier, but the seat in the dish-shaped space 7 is formed more uniformly, the flatness of the upper surface of the head 9 such as nails and screws is further improved, and the flat surface of the composite plate after attachment is achieved. Sex and aesthetics are improved.

According to the above invention, a composite plate having excellent workability in the following points was obtained. 1. Even if you use a power tool that is difficult to operate, or if you are not a skilled worker, the installation can be done accurately and quickly.
In this case, defects such as protruding and sinking of the head of nails and screws, or swelling of the peripheral surface layer are eliminated, and the flatness of the head of nails and screws after attachment is improved, improving aesthetics. To do. 2. Since the flatness of the surface of the composite plate is improved, even if a finishing material is attached to the upper surface of the composite plate, it is possible to perform a uniform and beautiful finishing process with good adhesion. 3. When the composite board is a panel for floor heating, even if a flooring is applied as a finishing material, the adhesion is good, so heat transfer is improved, there is no place where heat transfer is delayed, and even after long-term use , The flooring is less likely to warp and the joints are not stepped. Also, it is unlikely that a squeaking noise will be generated when stepping on the floor. Therefore, the life of the flooring is extended.
