搬送台車の搬入搬出するため、真空乾燥炉4前後の整備
電動機搬送台車出入口の蓋14を開ける場合は、移動台
車16を位置決めストッパー20の位置まで移動させる
ことにより、スプライン19は収縮して蓋14を真空乾
燥炉の位置から移動させる。整備電動機搬送台車の真空
乾燥炉4内外への移動は、位置決めストッパー20を外
し移動台車16を移動して軌条台車17の軌条3を真空
乾燥炉内に敷設した軌条3に接続位置させて整備電動機
搬送台車を移動させる。このようにして真空乾燥炉の蓋
14移動においては、上記のごとく移動台車16と軌条
台車17の連結が、伸縮機能(スプライン15)を具備
する連結機構により、真空乾燥炉の直角方向において、
狭いスペースで蓋の開閉が可能になり、作業現場のレー
アウトがコンパクトにでき極めて有効である。
