For this reason, the applicant of the present application has proposed a skeleton fitting for connecting the above-mentioned outdoor structural member to the skeleton through the floor member, the heat insulating material and the waterproof layer (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-45468). In this technology, a cylinder with screw holes formed in the ceiling wall is attached to the body in advance and protruded from the floor member, and the ceiling wall of this cylinder is covered with a lid and bolted together. The outdoor structural member is attached to the skeleton through the tubular body by bolting a structural member (for example, a pillar of a spiral staircase). Further, a waterproof sheet having a portion corresponding to the tubular body cut out is applied to the floor member, and further, a tube having a brim is attached to the tubular body and the brim is adhered to the waterproof sheet to improve waterproofness. It is configured in.

In the above-mentioned frame binding member, the columns are constructed so that they can be bolted to each other through the lid, but special consideration is given to the fact that the bolt head projects into this lid. I haven't paid. Therefore, when the support column is composed of the pipe and the ring-shaped collar body attached to the end portion of the pipe, the bolt head is housed in the pipe and can be easily attached. However, in the case where the support pillar is a flat plate and a flat plate-like collar body is attached to the end portion of the flat plate, there is a problem that the support pillar cannot be attached to the cylindrical body. This problem can be avoided by making the cylinder body and the lid body integrated, but in this case, the cylinder to be mounted on the cylinder body must be divided into two parts, and the waterproofing work becomes complicated and good. There is a possibility that the waterproof property may not be exhibited.

Further, in order to improve the mounting strength of the support columns, it is necessary to improve the strength of the lid and the cylinder.
In particular, when a horizontal force due to wind pressure or seismic force is applied to the outdoor structural members, the support pillar acts as a cantilever beam and a large bending force is applied, and the peripheral edge of the lid and the collar body attached to the end of the support pillar are Stress acts on the bolt joint. Therefore, the lid needs to be strong.

In the event of an earthquake, a large horizontal load acts not only on the main body of the building but also on the rooftop, the waist wall of the balcony, or outdoor structural members such as a storeroom. This load acts on the tubular body via the columns and the lid, and as a result, there is a problem that tensile stress may act on the waterproof sheet around the tubular body to break the sheet.

Further, in the frame having a steel frame structure, a predetermined machining tolerance is set for each constituent member, and an error is generated in the assembled frame due to the machining tolerance. For this reason, the above-mentioned error is reflected in the distance between the cylinders attached to the body, and a position adjustment function may be required to absorb a dimensional error in the horizontal direction when the support is attached to the cylinder. is there. However, there is no idea to adjust the position of the support column to be attached in the above-mentioned body binding member.

The planar shape of the bolt insertion hole provided in the connecting plate is an ellipse, and the planar shape of the bolt insertion hole provided in the outdoor structural member is an oval of the bolt insertion hole provided in the connecting plate.
If the ellipse has a major axis in the direction intersecting 90 degrees,
The mounting positions of columns and legs can be adjusted within the range of the ellipse, and when a horizontal force acts on the outdoor structural member during an earthquake, this horizontal force exceeds the contact friction between the connecting bolt and the elliptical periphery. When the value is a value, a seismic isolation effect can be exhibited by absorbing the force caused by slippage between the columns or legs and the connecting plate and between the connecting plate and the base.

As described above in detail, in the mounting structure for the outdoor structural member according to the present invention, since the head portion of the connecting bolt used for mounting the connecting plate to the base body is buried in the step portion, this connecting operation is performed. The surface of the plate is substantially flat. For this reason, it can be easily attached regardless of the cross-sectional shapes of the columns and legs connected to the connecting plate. Further, since the bolt insertion hole formed in the connecting plate is loose, the mounting position can be adjusted when mounting the outdoor structural member to the building.

Also, by providing loose bolt insertion holes in the columns and legs and inserting the connecting bolts into the bolt insertion holes to attach the outdoor structural member to the connecting plate, the adjustment range of the attachment position is expanded. Therefore, it is possible to assure an accurate mounting position by absorbing an integration error due to a machining tolerance of members that occurs at the time of assembling the skeleton and a tolerance at the time of assembling.

In particular, when the planar shape of the bolt insertion hole provided in the outdoor structural member is an ellipse having a major axis in the direction intersecting 90 degrees with the ellipse of the bolt insertion hole provided in the connecting plate, The mounting position of the legs can be adjusted within the range of the ellipse, and when a horizontal force greater than the contact friction between the connecting bolt and the periphery of the ellipse acts on the frame and outdoor structural members during an earthquake, the columns and legs And the connecting plate, and between the connecting plate and the base body, slipping occurs to absorb this force, so that the seismic isolation effect can be exhibited.
