<w2 であり、かつ当接力の小さな部分8fにおける高
さをh1 、他の部分8gにおける高さをh2 として、h

着時に当該バルブを開弁させようとして圧力ポート7
(図14参照)からバルブ内に負圧を導入すると、この
当接力の小さな部分8fから先ず粘着が剥れ始め、次い
でこの先に剥れた部分に引っ張られるようにして他の部
分8gが剥れて開弁することになり、以上の結果とし
て、従来より早く開弁し、開弁応答性を向上させること
ができる。したがって開き始めの特性を従来より安定さ
せることができる。
