2. Description of the Related Art It is well known that electric blankets have conventionally been controlled by detecting the blanket temperature (hereinafter referred to simply as the blanket temperature) and the room temperature of the heating element arrangement portion. For example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 60-258888 discloses an electric blanket in which a room temperature detector and a controller are connected by a signal line so that the electric blanket can be arranged at a position apart from bedding.

By the way, when a comforter is used in addition to the electric blanket, a room temperature detector needs to be additionally provided, and a change in the blanket temperature is affected by the heat-retaining power of the comforter. When the room temperature itself is detected and controlled, the influence of the warmth of the comforter cannot be ignored, which makes it difficult to give a comfortable feeling.

As a method for improving the above-mentioned drawbacks and detecting the use state of the electric blanket more accurately, as a practical method, 3-36071.
The publication discloses an electric blanket in which a second heat-sensitive wire for detecting the temperature of the outer peripheral portion of the blanket body is arranged in addition to the first heat-sensitive wire for detecting the temperature of the entire blanket excluding the periphery of the blanket. However, other methods require two sets of heat sensitive wires, which complicates the temperature control circuit configuration, and the cord connecting the controller and the blanket body is a multi-core cord. There are problems such as an increase in the number of connection points with and an increase in the size of the connection points.

Therefore, the electric blanket described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 62-5494 is one in which one sensor wire is arranged over the portion where the heating wire is arranged and the peripheral portion of the blanket on the foot side of the user. . In this way, by arranging the heat-sensitive wire also in the portion where the heat-generating wire is not arranged, it becomes possible to reflect the ambient temperature in the bedding in the temperature control by the temperature of the foot blanket circumference, so that it is more appropriate. The temperature can be controlled.

The ratio of the length of the heat sensitive wire arranged in the portion where the heat generating wire is arranged to the length of the heat sensitive wire arranged in the portion where the heat generating wire is not arranged is based on the following criteria. That is, the length of the heat-sensitive wire arranged in the side portion where the heat-generating wire is not arranged is the impedance change range in the expected temperature range to which the part is exposed when the blanket is used, The length of the heat-sensitive wire affects the composite impedance change range in the temperature setting range, and the temperature control operation for the same set temperature changes the blanket temperature (hereinafter simply referred to as blanket ambient temperature) in the portion where the heating wire is not arranged. To be influenced by.

There is no particular limitation on the means for attaching the heating wire and the heat-sensitive wire to the blanket body. For example, it is possible to use a bag weaving means that has been conventionally used, a means that sew a non-woven fabric with a needle punch, and a method that sew other portions to each other while leaving a portion through which a heating wire and a heat-sensitive wire are inserted. . In the present invention, the bag-weaving means that the blanket body is woven by connecting two blanket materials to each other so as to be integrated, and weft threads of each blanket material are entwined with the other warp thread to connect (bonding) each other. ).

That is, by gluing or suturing, at least the periphery of the wire portion where the heating wire is linearly arranged and the portion where the heat-sensitive wire is arranged away from the heating wire are positioned, and the respective wires are arranged. Therefore, the heating wire, the heat-sensitive wire, and the like may be opened for insertion, and after wiring, the peripheral portion of the blanket body may be sewn by trimming. The wires are arranged in a meandering shape by inserting a heating wire and / or a heat-sensitive wire into the wire connecting portion and inserting a wire exiting the wire connecting portion into a next predetermined wire connecting portion. It is a thing. And when disposing the heat sensitive wire away from the heat generating wire, it may be arranged so as to pass through the outside of the positioning portion.

The heat-sensitive wire used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and those conventionally used for electric blankets can be used as they are. For example, a polyamide resin whose impedance value decreases as the temperature rises may be used as the heat sensitive body. For example, when a polyamide resin is used for the heat sensitive body, when the temperature of the portion where the heating wire is arranged rises, the impedance of this portion decreases, but the blanket temperature of the portion where the heating wire is not arranged in use ( When the blanket ambient temperature) rises, the impedance of the heat-sensitive wire in this portion also decreases, so the temperature at which the impedance value corresponding to the set temperature is reached becomes low, and the energization is stopped below the set temperature.

On the other hand, when the blanket temperature (blanket ambient temperature) in the portion where the heating wire is not arranged is lowered, that is, when the room temperature is lowered, the impedance of this portion rises,
Since the decrease of the synthetic impedance is suppressed, the temperature reaching the impedance value corresponding to the set temperature becomes high,
If the temperature does not reach the set temperature, the power supply will not stop. Therefore, even if the set temperature is not particularly raised, the amount of heat generation increases, and it is possible to prevent cooling.

When a heat-fusible resin such as polyamide resin is used for the heat sensitive body, in addition to the temperature detecting function, when the heating wire is overheated due to a failure of the temperature controller, the heating wire melts and the electrode wire is short-circuited. It can also be used as a sensor to prevent the fuse from being blown, making the wiring inside the blanket simpler.
