Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】ミシンの針の貫通する針孔が形成された針
板と、被縫製物の進行方向に対して前記針孔の前方およ
び両側方において前記針板上に出没する送り歯と、縫製
の際に被縫製物を押える押え金が先端部に配置され、前
記針孔の上方に位置するように形成された布押えとを備
えたミシンの被縫製物の縫いずれ防止装置において、前
記送り歯のうち、前記進行方向に対して前記針孔の直前
方に位置する送り歯を、他の送り歯より高く設定すると
ともに、前記針板の前記進行方向に対して前記針孔の直
後方部分に、凸部が設けられていることを特徴とするミ
シンの被縫製物の縫いずれ防止装置。
1. A needle plate in which a needle hole through which a needle of a sewing machine penetrates is formed, and a feed dog which appears on and off the needle plate in front of and on both sides of the needle hole with respect to a traveling direction of a workpiece. A presser foot for pressing a material to be sewn at the time of sewing is arranged at a tip end portion, and a sewing machine is provided with a presser foot formed so as to be located above the needle hole. Of the feed dogs, the feed dog located immediately in front of the needle hole with respect to the traveling direction is set higher than the other feed teeth, and immediately after the needle hole with respect to the traveling direction of the needle plate. A sewing prevention device for a sewing object of a sewing machine, characterized in that a convex portion is provided on the portion.
【請求項2】 請求項1記載の縫いずれ防止装置におい
て、前記布押えの押え金は、その下面が略水平位置とな
るよう回動位置を規制されたうえで、前記進行方向と直
交する水平方向の軸線を中心として、前記進行方向に対
して前方となる先端が上方へ回動可能となるよう回動自
在に支持されると共に、前記略水平位置となるように第
1の付勢部材により付勢され、前記押え金の先端を、前
記第1の付勢部材の付勢力に打ち勝って上方向に引張す
る第2の付勢部材が設けられ、該第2の付勢部材の付勢
力を調節する付勢力調節機構が設けられたことを特徴と
するミシンの被縫製物の縫いずれ防止装置。
