2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a movable wagon desk of this type is provided with a multi-tiered drawer in the main body, and is arranged close to one leg plate between both leg plates of a flat desk to provide a desk with sleeves. It can be configured or installed on the outside of the leg plate to be used as a side desk, and in the study desk for school children, a separate type of this kind has become the mainstream these days. However, if the height of the top plate of the wagon desk is fixed in a low state so that it can be accommodated between both leg plates of the flat desk, if it is used on the outside of the leg plate of the flat desk and used as a side desk, The top plate is too low,
It is not easy to use in normal use, because the top plate of the wagon desk is mainly used for holding documents and other objects, and it is easier to use OA devices such as word processors that are slightly lower than the desk top plate. It is used as a mounting table.

Therefore, the height of the top plate of the wagon desk is
There are two stages: a low state where it can be placed between both legs of a flat desk, and a high state where it is flush with the desk top so that it can be used outside as a side desk. In order to be able to set, a structure has been provided in which a lifting top plate is connected to the main body via a link-type lifting mechanism.

However, in the conventional wagon desk with the lifting top plate having the link type lifting mechanism, the lifting top plate suddenly descends while changing the height of the lifting top plate, and the main body portion and the lifting top plate are There is a possibility that fingers may be stuffed between them, and a stopper that maintains the height of the lifting top plate may be inadvertently touched and released to cause the same problem as described above. Especially, the one with the link type lifting mechanism exposed between the main body and the lifting top plate,
There is also a problem of finger stuffing for the link type lifting mechanism itself. On the other hand, a screw-type lifting mechanism with a structure that allows stepless height adjustment basically has no risk of finger stuffing, but it takes a long time to adjust the height of the lifting top plate, so there is a problem in operability. is there.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a wagon desk that can be installed by moving between both leg plates of a flat desk or outside the leg plates, and is a fixed top plate of a main body. A lift table supported by a supporting member of the lifting mechanism is provided above the upper part of the elevator, and operation levers for engaging and disengaging stoppers for restricting the lowering of the support member are arranged on the lower surface sides of both sides of the lift table to move up and down. In order to secure a finger-stuffing prevention space between the fixed top plate and the lifting top plate when the top plate is fully lowered, the wagon desk with the lifting top plate is constructed by providing a holding part on the operation lever. is there. In this way, since the finger-holding prevention space is secured by the operating lever, even if the lift top plate unexpectedly descends to the maximum, there is a risk of injury by pinching your fingers between the lift top plate and the fixed top plate. There is no sex.

Finally, the operation of operating the operating lever 23 to move the elevating top plate 6 up and down will be briefly described. FIG.
The claw 21A of the piece piece 21 is the ratchet 1 of the gear member 18.
8B shows a state in which it meshes with 8B. When attempting to lower the elevating top plate 6 in this state, a downward force is applied to the support member 15 and a force for rotating the gear member 18 counterclockwise in the drawing acts via the rack 15C and the pinion 18A. However, this rotation direction is the ratchet 18B and the claw 2
The gear member 18 does not rotate because it meshes strongly with 1A,
Therefore, the lowering of the elevating top plate 6 is restricted. On the other hand, the lifting top plate 6
Is raised, that is, when the support member 15 is moved upward, the gear member 18 rotates in the clockwise direction.
It can be performed without rotating the ratchet 18B while operating over the ratchet 18B and operating the operating lever 23 to release the stopper.

Next, the finger-engaging portions 23A, 23A of the operating levers 23, 23 located on the lower surface sides of both sides of the elevating top plate 6.
When the fingers of both hands are attached from below and the finger-holding portion 23A is pulled up so as to approach the lifting top plate 6 side, the operation lever 2
3 is moved upward, and the operating lever 23 is moved in parallel to the piece piece 21 side by the parallelogram link mechanism composed of two rotating pieces 24, 24, and the projecting piece 21B is pushed by the pressing piece 23B. Rotates against the elastic biasing force of the coil spring 22 and the pawl 21A is separated from the ratchet 18B, whereby the gear member 18 can freely rotate, that is, the stopper is released (see FIG. 9). ). In this state, the lift table 6 can be lifted and raised while holding the finger rest 23A of the operation lever 23, and when the desired height is reached, if the finger is released from the finger rest 23A, Due to the weight of the operating lever 23 and the elastic biasing force of the coil spring 22, the pawl 21A again engages with the ratchet 18B. Here, the minimum height-adjustable unit of the elevating top plate 6 substantially matches the pitch of the teeth of the ratchet 18B, and if this pitch is designed to be about 5 mm, the elevating top plate 6
The height of can be adjusted at 5 mm intervals, and can be used for various height applications.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the finger stuffing prevention space is secured by the operation lever, even when the lifting / lowering top plate unexpectedly descends to the lowest position, a finger should be placed between the lifting / lowering top plate and the fixed top plate. There is no risk of being caught and injured, and since the operating levers are placed on the undersides of both sides of the lift top and bottom, you will inevitably have both sides of the lift top and bottom during operation to balance the left and right forces. It is good and can move up and down smoothly.

According to the second aspect, since the finger hook portion of the operation lever is opened downward, the finger can be always hooked on the predetermined finger hook portion during the raising / lowering operation, and further, the raising / lowering top plate is lowered to the maximum. At this time, the finger-holding portion, the height-retaining portion, and the fixed top plate secure the finger-stuffing prevention space that is opened laterally, so that the risk of finger-stuffing is eliminated.

According to the third aspect, since the stoppers are released by holding the operation levers on both sides and the elevating top plate is operated up and down in that state, the left and right force balance is improved and smooth operability is obtained. At the same time, even if one of the operation levers is inadvertently touched and the stopper of one of the unit elevating mechanisms is released, the elevating top plate does not unexpectedly descend and safety can be ensured.

According to the fourth aspect, the height of the lifting / lowering top plate can be adjusted in multiple steps at small intervals, and the supporting member moves up and down linearly with respect to the main body. There is no danger.
