According to the above construction, the timing at which the compression member operates is the left ventricular diastole and the aortic valve is closed so that no abnormality occurs in the arterial blood flow and does not affect the aneurysm or the like. . Then, the operation of the compression member compressing and releasing a predetermined limb body part during this time itself promotes the return of venous blood to the right atrium, but the plurality of compression members related to the limb are the tip of the limb and the trunk. It is to be understood that since it operates in order from the one proximal to the former (limb tip) during the period, a preferable blood circulation promoting effect that is consistent with the venous blood circulation direction can be obtained.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an example of a block configuration of a blood circulation promoting device of the present invention. In FIG. 1, the detection unit 1 measures the left ventricular expansion / contraction cycle of the user by measuring any one or two of an electroencephalogram, an electrocardiogram and a heart sound, or all of them. The control unit 2 receives a signal indicating the left ventricle expansion / contraction cycle of the detection unit 1,
A plurality of drive signals are sequentially generated in a predetermined phase relationship, and a power source such as the air pump 3 is controlled. The air pump 3 is a suitable air dam means (not shown).
Through a plurality of electromagnetic valves 4a, 4b, 4c, and these electromagnetic valves 4a, 4b, 4c are guided to a plurality of limb compression members 5a, 5b, 5c such as cuff-shaped airbags.
In FIG. 1, these three solenoid valves and limb compression members are shown only as one set applied to one limb with a user (for example, the left arm), and preferably four sets so that the four limbs can be treated simultaneously. (In this case, a total of 12 solenoid valves and a limb compression member) are provided. The number of members of each set is not limited to three as shown in the figure, and variously selected such as two or four. A hydraulic pump is used instead of the air pump 3,
The compression members 5a, 5b, 5c may be hydraulic bags.

The inflation and deflation (compression and release of the limb) of the cuff-shaped airbag are preferably completed within 0.25 to 0.3 seconds, considering that the left ventricle diastole is about 0.65 seconds. . Therefore, it is necessary to provide the air dam means for applying the air pressure to the cuff as close to the cuff and the solenoid valve 4 as possible and not to lengthen the hose. The hose preferably has an inner diameter of at least 7 mm. It is also necessary to shorten the length of the hose from the solenoid valve to the cuff itself as much as possible. In this case, use a hose with a reinforced mesh so that it does not swell due to atmospheric pressure. The cuff has a structure of 0.125-0.
It can expand or contract in 15 seconds, thus
The air pressure of the air dam and the diameter of the solenoid valve are determined so that the expansion cycle is completed in 0.25 to 0.3 seconds.

FIG. 5 is a graph showing an electrocardiogram (A), an aortic pressure (B), and a cuff movement sequence (C) during left ventricular diastole. In the embodiment, the cuffs 5a, 5b, and 5c are the compression members most distal to the trunk in each limb when the left ventricle diastole, which corresponds to the base of the T wave of the electrocardiogram, is started, that is, the diastolic phase begins. 5a performs compression operation within 0.3 seconds, starts compression operation of the next compression member 5b at the peak of this operation, and further starts compression operation of the last compression member 5C at the peak of this operation,
The operation of the three cuffs ends within 0.6 seconds, and the diastole ends slightly before the third (or last) cuff pressing operation ends. It should be noted that this timing can sufficiently correspond to the heart rate of 55 to 99 of a healthy person, and even in the case of slight arrhythmia or tachycardia, it is theoretically applicable up to the heart rate of 100 (R wave interval of 0.6 seconds). Further, if the operation period of the compression member is, for example, about 0.2 seconds, it can be set to 0.4 seconds through the three compression members.

The above-described limb compression operation operates in the diastole so as not to burden the heart, particularly the left ventricle, and therefore has a harmful effect such as pushing back arterial blood to the heart as in systole. Rather, it promotes blood circulation and eliminates swelling, pain, and stiffness caused by harmful poor blood circulation, and at the same time improves circulation of the blood circulation, which can enhance physical activity and physical strength. In the above description, it is assumed that the lower end of the downward slope of the T wave is detected and triggered.
This timing can be set by presetting a delay to the lower end of the downward slope of the T wave that can be predicted after detecting the R wave having the highest potential in the electrocardiograph, and triggering by this. In the microphone sound collection method in which the heart sound is triggered by the electrostatic microphone, it is easy to pick up external noise, and therefore it is necessary to provide a filter circuit.

In a preferred embodiment, a cuff-like compression member can be attached to each of the four limbs during left ventricular diastole, but the back of the hand or the back of the foot, or in some cases, the trunk or the head alone. It can also be used. In addition, as a modified example of the present invention, when a plurality of compression members arranged and attached to the limb are sequentially driven from the trunk side, it is considered that the limbs and fingertips can be used for blood circulation disorders.

FIG. 6 shows an air pump 3 as a second embodiment.
Instead of the compression members 5a, 5b, and 5c, a stimulating power source 13 having various waveform generating functions can be mounted on the user's limb (for example, a cuff structure similar to the previous embodiment). At each pair of stimulation electrodes 15a, 15b,
15c is provided. 14a, 14b, 14c are gates whose timing is controlled by the control unit 2 as in the case of the solenoid valve, but in terms of the circuit structure, the stimulating power source 1 is used.
3 or stimulation electrodes 15a, 15b, 15c may be included. Therefore, in this embodiment, by applying a DC or AC voltage between each pair of electrodes by the same position and timing relationship as the compression member of the previous embodiment,
The limbs are electrically stimulated to have the same blood circulation promoting effect.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The present invention, having the above-mentioned constitution, exhibits a preferable blood circulation promoting effect.
Human blood circulatory system flows from the small circulation in both lungs and the left ventricle to the capillaries through the aortas, arteries and small arteries, and then returns to the right atrium from systemic tissues through venules, veins, and caval veins. Since it is a closed system due to the serial relationship of the general circulation, the limb compression member consisting of an airbag-like cuff is driven in order from the one proximal to the tip of the limb of the user during the left ventricular diastole. This means that the venous blood as a smooth flow can be efficiently returned to the right atrium in accordance with the flow direction of venous blood. This inevitably improves the volumetric efficiency of the right atrium and ventricle and increases the blood flow in the pulmonary artery.

Further, since the blood flow flows through the left atrium and the left ventricle to the whole body, eventually the blood flow effect of the whole body is smoothly performed, and as described above, the peripheral circulatory disorder, the stiffening due to congestion and other diseases. The object of the present invention is to provide a device that cures or ameliorates the problems and further activates cell metabolism.
