力を分散することによって抵抗力を減ずることができる
ので、アンカー係留策1、1´の破損を防止することが
でき、かつ、垂下膜5の抵抗による傾斜も抑えることが
できる。さらに本発明の汚濁防止フェンスのアンカー係
留索1、1´に多数のフを付設することによって湖の干
満時においても常に直立した状態に保持できるので好ま
しい。また、本発明は図1に示した汚濁防止フェンスか
ら垂下膜5を取り除くことによって、オイルフェンスと
しても使用することができる。
