2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an air conditioner disposed in a duct system for the purpose of cooling against an internal heat load in a clean room or the like has an approximately square section in accordance with the duct shape, etc. Air is sucked in through the air intake port below the main body, heat is exchanged in the main body, and then blown out through the upper outlet. An example of this conventional example is shown in FIG. This air conditioner is surrounded by a main body outer plate 1 having a substantially square cross section, inside which heat exchangers 2 are arranged in parallel so as to face each other. Cold water is supplied from the inlet 3 and drained from the outlet 4 at the other end, and the air sucked by the blower 7 from the air suction port 5 is passed through a heat exchanger for desired heat exchange and then blown with air. I try to blow out from the exit. Further, the side air blocking plates 11 are arranged on both side surfaces of the two heat exchangers facing each other so that the sucked air surely passes through the heat exchanger, and the upper air blocking plate 10 is arranged on the upper side. Further, a drain pan 9 is arranged below the heat exchanger 2 in order to drop and drain the condensed water that has condensed on the upper cover plate. The blower 7 is driven by the blower driving electric motor 8. Although not shown, the suction duct and the blowout duct are the suction port,
It is locked to the outlet.

In the above-mentioned conventional air conditioner, the air sucked from the suction port 5 passes through the heat exchanger 5, becomes cooling air, and is blown out from the blowout port 6 by the blower 7. . Here, since the upper blocking plate 10 is cooled by the heat exchanger 2, when the suction air temperature is high in temperature and humidity,
There is a problem that dew condensation occurs on the surface facing the suction port 5, the dew condensation water falls into the lower air suction port, and water is accumulated in the duct connected to the suction port 5. Also, the heat exchanger 2 and the outer plate 1
Since the gap a is narrow, there is a problem that the ventilation resistance becomes large, the blower becomes large, and the noise becomes large. Here, a method has also been proposed in which the heat exchanger 2 is arranged in the central portion so that the size of the gap a between the heat exchanger 2 and the outer plate 1 is widened. There has been a problem that the dimension of the interval b between the two drain pans 9 arranged below is narrowed and the ventilation resistance of the dimension part of the interval b becomes large. An object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner that solves the problems of the conventional air conditioners described above, in particular, downsizes the main body and can cope with dew condensation water.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Embodiments of an air conditioner of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of a heat exchanger. The air conditioner is surrounded by the main body outer plate 1 and has a substantially square cross section. Two heat exchangers 2 are opposed to each other inside the air conditioner, and the lower sides are in contact with each other so that the upper sides are in contact with each other. The heat exchangers 2 are arranged at predetermined intervals so as to form an inverted V shape, and cold water is supplied from an inlet 3 at one end of the heat exchanger 2 and drained from an outlet 4 at the other end thereof, and the inside of the air conditioner is also provided. The air blower 7 installed in the main body sucks in air from the air suction port 5 provided in the lower part of the main body, and the sucked air is passed through each of the heat exchangers 2 having the inverted V shape to perform a desired heat exchange. After that, the air is blown out from the air outlet provided in the upper part.

Further, in order to ensure that the sucked air passes through the heat exchanger in the air conditioner, side surface blocking plates 11 are provided on both side surfaces of the two heat exchangers which are arranged so as to face each other in an inverted V shape.
, And an upper blocking plate 10 is arranged on the upper part. Therefore, the air from the lower part of the two heat exchangers to the air is introduced into the opposing heat exchangers, and is introduced to the blower side through the heat exchangers.

When the intake air temperature is hot and humid, dew condensation may occur on the surface of the upper blocking plate 10 facing the air intake port 5, and the condensed water may drop into the lower air intake port. In the present invention, in order to prevent this, the condensed water condensed on the upper blocking plate 10 is guided to the fins of the heat exchanger adjacent to each other in an inverted V shape, and the fins are arranged under the heat exchanger 2 along the fins. Make sure that it falls into the drain pan 9 and drains.
The blower 7 is driven by a blower driving electric motor 8. Further, the two heat exchangers 2 are opposed to each other, the upper sides thereof are in contact with each other, and the opening angles thereof are set within 60 degrees with the lower sides thereof being opened to each other.
Has a triangular shape.

In the case of the above-mentioned structure, the area of the upper blocking plate 10 in contact with warm air is small and it is difficult for dew condensation to occur, and the heat exchanger 2 is constituted even if dew condensation water adheres. Since the dew condensation water is transmitted to the fins and the opening angle is within 60 degrees, the dew condensation water will surely drop into the drain pan.

Also, in terms of ventilation resistance, a wide passage is provided on the outlet side at the portion where the two heat exchangers 2 in contact with each other where the resistance of the air inlet portion of the heat exchanger 2 becomes large. Ventilation resistance is made uniform throughout, resulting in low pressure loss. Therefore, the fan can be downsized, and the main body can be integrated into a small size with low noise.
