ード線5を挿入するとFの力が働き中空の円錐面2によ
ってF1,F2に力が分けられる。F1は中空の円錐面
2に対し垂直に働き中空の円錐面2を押し広げる力と方
向、F2は弾性体6からなるブッシュにリード線5が押
されながら中空の円筒面3に入り込もうとする力と方向
を示す。このように、リード線5の挿入時、F1の力が
働きリード線5の先端が中空の円錐面2を押し広げ、同
時に中空の円筒面3の入口径も広がりF2の力によって
リード線5が入る。中空の円筒面3は弾性体6からなる
ブッシュ全高に対し短く通常のリード線嵌合部1の全高
が弾性体6からなるブッシュの全高と等しいものより摩
擦が少ないのでリード線5を楽に通せることが出来る。
又、中空の円錐面2の傾斜が大きいとF1がFとほぼ同
じ方向に向く。これでは4リード線挿入口を開くことが
できずリード線5が通しにくい。逆に小さいと中空の円
筒面3の長さが短くなるのでリード線5を横に引っ張っ
たとき隙間ができシールされない。図4に弾性体6から
なるブッシュにリード線5を通した断面図を示したもの
で1リード線嵌合部にリード線5を通すことによって弾
性体6からなるブッシュが破線で示した形状から矢印の
方向にひずむ。中空の円筒面3はリード線の径に対し7
