ットヘッド1等が入っている洗浄液容器4を超音波洗浄
機9内に入れる。この状態で超音波洗浄機9により超音
波をかけながら送液ポンプ7により、洗浄液容器4内の
洗浄液を、インクジェットヘッド1の内部を通過させ、
廃液容器8へと送液を行いながら洗浄する。本発明の洗
浄方法においては、送液ポンプ7の液圧だけでは取りき
れずに、インク室に付いた異物も超音波により剥離さ
せ、送液ポンプ7よる液の流れにより異物を除去する。
