【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 フレームの両端部に回転自在に取り付け
られる一対のプーリと、前記フレームの一端部に取り付
けられ一方の前記プーリのシャフトを支持した一対の固
定側軸受と、前記フレームの他端部にこのフレームの長
手方向に形成された長孔に挿通されて前記フレームに移
動自在に取り付けられ他方の前記プーリを支持した一対
の可動側軸受と、前記両プーリ間に張架されたベルト
と、前記ベルトの張力が増加するように前記両可動側軸
受の前記長孔における位置をそれぞれ調節する調節手段
とを備えたベルトコンベアのベルト取付装置において、 前記両可動側軸受それぞれが、 前記長孔に挿脱自在に挿通されて前記シャフトの端部が
着脱自在に嵌挿される軸受本体と、前記軸受本体の前記
シャフト側端部外周に形成され前記軸受本体の回転角度
に応じて前記フレーム内側面の前記長孔の周縁部に係合
して前記軸受本体の前記長孔からの抜けを防止する状態
及び前記軸受本体を前記長孔に挿脱する状態の二つの状
態が選択される抜止め片と、前記軸受本体の前記シャフ
ト側端部と反対側端部に形成され前記長孔の幅よりも大
きい寸法を有する調節体と、前記抜止め片の抜け防止時
における前記調節体の前記軸受本体と反対側の端面に前
記長手方向に平行方向に形成された溝とにより構成さ
れ、 前記両調節手段それぞれが、 一端が前記フレームに回動自在に取り付けられて前記調
節体の前記溝内に出入自在に配置されるボルトと、前記
ボルトに螺合された押えナットと、前記溝内に配置され
た前記ボルトに螺合され前記押えナットとの間に前記調
節体を挟持して前記軸受本体の位置を固定する締付ナッ
トとにより構成されていることを特徴とするベルトコン
ベアのベルト取付装置。
1. A pair of pulleys rotatably attached to both ends of a frame, a pair of fixed side bearings attached to one end of the frame and supporting a shaft of one of the pulleys, and the other end of the frame. A groove formed in a direction parallel to the longitudinal direction on an end surface of the adjusting body opposite to the bearing main body at a time, one end of each of the adjusting means being rotatably attached to the frame. The adjustment is performed between a bolt that is arranged to be able to move in and out of the groove of the adjustment body, a press nut that is screwed into the bolt, and the press nut that is screwed into the bolt arranged in the groove.
