2. Description of the Related Art For example, a skin 1 is formed on a base material as shown in FIG.
The conventional manufacturing process of the door trim formed by stacking 2 and the decorative body 11 will be described below with reference to FIG. Note that FIG. 6 is a view corresponding to a cross section taken along line XX of FIG. As shown in FIG. 6 (a), the base material 10 of the door trim is provided with a wood grain groove 10a along a portion corresponding to an outer peripheral edge of a portion where the decorative body 11 made of a fabric such as a pile fabric is provided. , Its surface has been previously sprayed with an adhesive and dried. First, the periphery of the synthetic resin sheet 12A to be the outer skin 12 is held by the holding frame 13, heated until softened and covered on the base material 10, and as shown in (b), adhered to the base material 10 by vacuum forming. And glue. At this time, a groove portion 12b corresponding to the grain portion 10a is formed on the skin 12. Next, immediately after vacuum forming, the decorating body 11 having a film of the same material as the skin 12 and easily melted on the back surface is placed on the skin 12 which is still heated, and is pressed by the bonding jig 19. The film is fused by heat to fuse the decorative body 11 to the skin 12. Decorative body 11

According to such a conventional technique, adhesion of the skin 12 to the substrate 10 by vacuum forming,
Fusion of the decorative body 11 onto the skin 12, and the protruding portion 1
Since many steps such as cutting of 2a and many devices such as a mold used in each step are required, and the material of the skin 12 needs to be previously formed into a sheet shape, the manufacturing cost is increased. There is a problem. Further, since the decorative body 11 is strongly pressed by the bonding jig 19 for bonding and is heated by the skin 12 at the same time, the fibers of the surface of the surface contacting the bonding jig 19 are liable to fall and whitening occurs. ,
There is a problem that it looks bad. This problem is particularly problematic when using a raised pile fabric. The problem of whitening can be alleviated if the decorative body 11 is bonded after the skin 12 bonded by vacuum forming is cooled, but it is necessary to apply an adhesive to the back surface of the decorative body 11, In addition, another problem arises that the number of manufacturing steps increases. An object of the present invention is to solve each of these problems.

At the start of molding the door trim A, each mold 2
0.25 is normal temperature (for example, 20 ° C.). As shown in FIG. 1, in a state where the upper mold 25 is separated upward, the decoration body 11 is pressed to the skin forming mold 25 by pressing the front side against the surface fastener 27 of the block 26 lower surface of the skin forming mold 25. It is detachably attached, and the substrate 10 is placed on the supporting surface 20a of the lower mold 20. In this separated state, the supply die 22 extrudes the molten synthetic resin material (the temperature is 110 to 130 ° C.) supplied through the supply pipe 22a as a sheet-shaped semi-molten resin 12m of a predetermined width as described above,
At the same time, the material moves from one side to the other side across the upper side of the lower mold 20 and is supplied onto the base material 10 and the lower mold 20. The supply die 22 reaches the other side to supply the semi-molten resin 12 m and the supply die 2
If cut from 2, the semi-molten resin 12m rich in plasticity,
It hangs down to the vicinity of the outward step portion 20b due to its own weight, and the base material 10 and the lower mold 20 are entirely covered with the semi-molten resin 12m as shown by the chain double-dashed line in FIG.

Subsequently, the upper mold 25 is lowered toward the lower mold 20, and as shown in FIG. 3, the surface of the base material 10 and the molding surface 25a.
The lowering of the upper mold 25 is stopped when the gap between the upper mold 25 and the outermost mold reaches the closest position where the gap is the same as the thickness of the skin 12. During this downward movement, the inwardly facing stepped portion 25b of the upper die 25 fits with the outwardly facing stepped portion 20b of the lower die 20, whereby the outwardly facing stepped portion 20b.
The unnecessary portion of the sheet-shaped semi-molten resin 12m protruding outward from b is cut off by the shearing action of the two step portions 20b and 25b which are fitted to each other, and the semi-molten resin 12m is located at the closest position.
m is the surface of the base material 10 and the molding surface 25a of the skin-side molding die 25.
It is trapped between the decorative body 11 and the decorative body 11 and is stamped and molded. The pressure rise of the semi-molten resin 12m generated during this molding is not absorbed by deformation (see FIG. 3) of the block 26 having a small bulk modulus accompanied by a decrease in volume, and does not become so large. The semi-molten resin is hardly discharged from between the portions 20b and 25b. Further, by the deformation of the block 26, the decorative body 11 and the skin 1 on the lower side thereof
2 has a shape along the base material 10. The tip edge 25c formed along the opening edge of the recess 25d of the skin-side molding die 25 is
At the closest position, the outer peripheral edge of the decorative body 11 and the outer skin 12 along the outer peripheral edge of the decorative body 11 are pushed into the groove portion 10a for graining the base material 10, so that the outer peripheral edge of the decorative body 11 is grained in the outer skin 12 and has a good appearance. A door trim A having a decorative body is obtained.

As described above, the pressure applied from the semi-molten resin 12m to the base cloth 11a during the molding of the outer skin 12 does not rise so much, and the pile 11b of the napped decoration body 11 is attached to the hook and loop fastener 27. Because it is intertwined with the stop 27b,
Hair fall does not occur. The block 26 is made of the material,
By adjusting the bulk modulus by changing hardness, foaming degree, etc., the pressure generated in the semi-molten resin 12m does not cause the pile 11b to fall over. The front surface and the back surface of the base cloth 11a of the decorative body 11 with a gap are impregnated, and the two members 10 and 11 are integrally bonded to the outer skin 12 by the anchor effect accompanying this, and the molding surface of the outer skin side molding die 25. The value is adjusted so that the fine uneven pattern formed on 25a is transferred to the outer skin 12.

When the temperature of each semi-molten resin 12m is lowered to about 40 ° C. due to heat transfer to the inside of each mold 20, 25, the upper mold 25 is raised and the door trim A is taken out as shown in FIG. . As described above, one cycle of molding the door trim A is completed, and the door trim A in which the base material 10, the skin 12 and the decorative body 11 are integrated is obtained.

In the embodiment described above, the pile 11
The example in which the pile fabric having b is used as the decorating body 11 is shown. As the decorating body 11, the fibers of the outer surface are entangled with the engaging portions 27b of the hook-and-loop fastener 27 and held so as to be detachable. Any fibrous material can be used.

In the embodiment described above, the skin 1
2m of sheet-like semi-molten resin having the same thickness as 2 is extruded and supplied so as to cover almost all of the base material 10. By doing so, 12m of semi-molten resin when stamping the skin 12 is formed. Since the flow of the resin is reduced, there is no possibility that the decorative body 11 held by the upper fastener 25 by the surface fasteners 27 moves during the molding to cause a positional deviation, and the semi-molten resin 12m is added to the decorative body 11. The amount of heat also decreases.

As described above, according to the present invention, the base material side mold that supports the base material and the skin side mold that holds the decorative body are brought close to the closest position and supplied between them. Since the decorative body is fixed to the skin at the same time that the semi-molten resin is used to form the skin, the laminate with the decorative body is completed in one step, and the material for the skin is preformed into a sheet shape. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the laminated body including the decorative body is reduced.

Further, since the fibers on the surface of the decorative body are entwined with the surface fasteners provided on the surface of the block made of a flexible elastic body having a small bulk elastic modulus provided in the concave portion, the fibers are held so as to be detachable. When the mold reaches the closest position, the pressure applied to the decorative body by the semi-molten resin trapped between them is absorbed by the volume elasticity of the block and does not rise so much. Therefore, the surface of the fibrous decorative body does not suffer from whitening due to the fall of the hair, which causes a bad appearance. Although a highly decorative pile fabric as a decorating body is liable to be bleached due to hair fall, according to the present invention, the pile fibers on the surface of the pile fabric are also prevented from falling down by being entangled with the engaging portion of the hook and loop fastener. , Whitening does not occur.
