Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily maintain dimensional accuracy by constituting a C-shaped metal fitting of a pair of mutually opposing L-shaped folding materials, and fixing the respective folding materials to an anchor material formed separately from the folding materials. SOLUTION: A C-shaped female metal fitting A is composed of a pair of L-shaped folding materials 1 and 1' having an inside taper surface on the free end. On the other hand, an anchor material is composed of a steel plate-made anchor plate 2 having an anchor reinforcement 4. This ancho material and the female metal fitting A are embedded in a joint surface of a segment S, and the L-shaped folding material 1 and 1' are fixed to the anchor plate 2 through a fastening bolt. An H-shaped male metal fitting is wedged into the femal metal fitting A, and the joint surface of the segment S is joined. Therefore, since a core is obviated in casting of the L-shaped wedge metal fitting, dimensional accuracy is maintained, and it bomes suitable for mass production, and cost can be reduced.

2. Description of the Related Art In the conventional shield construction method, the conventional segment joint assembly method employed for tunnel lining is as follows: (a) Generally, a fastening member such as a bolt or a nut is used to form a ring in the tunnel circumferential direction. The segments are connected in a circular shape and the tunnel lining body is constructed continuously in the axial direction of the tunnel. When using a (b) cotter type joint, the C-shaped metal fitting and the H-shaped metal fitting are arranged in the radial direction on the segment joint surface of the tunnel lining, and the H-shaped metal fitting is also inserted in the radial direction to form the C-shaped metal fitting. There is also an assembly method in which a metal fitting is wedged to construct a tunnel lining body.

Further, in order to form a C-shaped metal fitting with an L-shaped wedge metal fitting, a pair of L-shaped metal fittings must be assembled with high precision. However, the L-shaped folding material is an anchor member formed separately from the folding material. Since it is fixed, the present invention enables easy and reliable assembly. According to the second aspect of the present invention, when the L-shaped folding material forming the C-shaped female metal fitting is installed in the mold, L is formed on the side surface of the mold by the combination of the T mold and the trapezoidal mold. Since the folding material of the mold is attached, the folding material can be easily and accurately attached.
