In recent years, improvements in injection molding machines, molds, resin materials, and the like have made it possible to reduce the molding cycle time, particularly when molding thin objects such as floppy disks, to within 10 seconds per cycle. ing. For this reason, there is a demand for a high-speed resin molded product take-out machine,
One of means for achieving a high speed of the resin molded product take-out machine is to reduce the weight of the take-out head.

However, in the conventional head for taking out a resin molded product, a plurality of intake / exhaust pipes 102 and a manifold 103 are provided.
And a plurality of suction pipes 107 or a plurality of suction pads 101 for fixing the plurality of intake / exhaust pipes 102 to the back side of the substrate 100 and the plurality of intake / exhaust pipes 102 are independently connected to each other. It is necessary to use a plurality of pipe joints (not shown) and the like, and the weight of the take-out head becomes heavy corresponding to the total weight of the joints and hinders the reduction of the weight. .

On the other hand, in a conventional head for taking out a resin molded product, an intake / exhaust pipe 10 is provided behind a fork-shaped substrate 100.
2, the manifold 103, the pipe retainer 107, and the like protrude. Accordingly, the thickness T of the take-out head is equal to the thickness t1 of the fork-shaped substrate 100, the amount of protrusion t of the intake / exhaust pipe 102, the manifold 103, the pipe retainer 107, and the like.
It becomes the sum of 2 and becomes extremely large. For this reason, it is necessary to set a large opening / closing stroke amount of the mold of the injection molding machine, and the molding cycle time of the injection molding machine becomes longer, which prevents the cycle time from being shortened and causes a reduction in molding efficiency. ing.

That is, in the conventional head for taking out a resin molded product, the heavy weight impedes high-speed movement, and the thick thickness requires a large opening / closing stroke of the mold. However, the removal time of the molded product and the molding cycle time are prolonged, thereby preventing the improvement of the molding efficiency. Therefore, the present invention enables high-speed movement by weight reduction, contributes to shortening the time for taking out a molded product, and reduces the thickness to shorten the molding cycle time by the molding machine and improve the molding efficiency. It is an object of the present invention to provide a take-out head for a resin molded product that can be obtained.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the members required in the conventional resin molding product take-out head are omitted, and the weight is reduced to about 1/3 or less of the conventional product. This can contribute to the speeding up of the resin molded product take-out machine, and also reduce the thickness of the take-out head. The molding cycle time can be shortened and the molding efficiency can be improved. Further, in the invention according to the second aspect, the weight reduction can be achieved by the foamed resin, and the necessary strength can be secured by the covering portion made of the reinforced plastic. Further, since the unintended air leakage caused by the air permeability of the foamed resin can be reliably prevented by the non-air permeability of the covering portion, the suction of the resin molded product by the suction pad during the operation of the intake / exhaust means. And adsorption release can be performed appropriately.
