【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 食物残渣で汚損した食器類などを収容し
た篭状容器を連続的に送る搬送手段の上手側から下手側
方向に、洗浄形態の異なる複数の洗浄部を配置たる洗浄
装置において、前記搬送手段の送り方向の上手側にアル
カリ性液体と空気との混合洗浄液を食器類に対して高圧
噴射する洗浄部を配置し、一方搬送手段の送り方向の下
手側に酸性液体と空気との混合洗浄液を食器類に対して
高圧噴射する洗浄部を配置せしめたことを特徴とする節
水型洗浄装置。
