According to the invention of claim 2, in the tray for food processing machine of claim 1, the hole provided in the bottom plate is punched and formed by a punching punch, and the front opening portion of the hole is formed at the time of punching. A chamfering punch having a tapered recess formed on the peripheral edge thereof and having a tapered surface which is larger in diameter than the hole and allows a burr generated on the back surface side of the bottom plate due to punching of the hole to contact the peripheral edge of the opening of the hole. Since the tapered portion is formed by crushing with, the both sides of the hole are chamfered, and the front and back surfaces of the bottom plate can be formed smoothly. In addition, since germs do not propagate on the burr, a hygienic tray can be provided. Moreover, since burr does not occur not only on the inner surface of the tray but also on the back surface side of the tray, there is no risk that the processed food placed on the lower tray will be damaged by the upper tray when stacking multiple trays. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent the pouch from being damaged.

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 レトルト食品などの各種加工食品を載置
する底板と、この底板の周縁から立設する周壁部を有
し、前記底板に殺菌工程時などにおける加熱媒体を通す
ための多数の孔を設けた食品加工機械用トレーにおい
て、少なくとも前記孔の前面周縁部分に該孔の開口縁部
に向かって拡径に広がるテーパ部を形成したことを特徴
とする食品加工機械用トレー。
