Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a need to provide an inspection door on a jamb, by issuing an alarm when an inspection door provided on the floor surface of a car is closed and is not locked. SOLUTION: An inspection door 14 is provided on a floor surface 13 of a car 1 by hinges so as to be freely opened and closed. An operator goes down into a pit chamber 4 by the opening operation, and maintenance inspection for a winder 2 and a control panel 3 can be performed. A lock means for locking the inspection door in the closing state is provided on the inspection door 14. When a lock lever is engaged with the floor surface 13 by operating the lock means, this engagement is detected by a push switch, and a signal is output to the control panel 3. This signal is input from a limit switch. Therefore, locking can be detected. When one lock signal is not output, a buzzer on an operating panel provided on a side panel of the car 1 issues an alarm.
