Abstract

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、鉄及びプラスチックをプレス加工して型ど
ったものである。仕様目的は、ダンボール箱内の製品を
出し入れする際。本来フタとなるべき四面のつばの遊び
を、無くすために用いる道具である。従来はダンボール
箱のフタを固定する際に用いられている方法として、ひ
もやゴムなどを使用し、ダンボール箱全体を包むよう方
法がもちいられてきた。これでは大きさの異なるダンボ
ール箱のフタを固定する際、それぞれ異なるひもやゴム
を使用しなくてはならない。又、箱詰めを主とした流れ
作業などにおいても、ひとつひとつに、ひもやゴムを装
着させることは大変困難なことである。そこで、この箱
開閉止めクリップを使用することにより、大きさの異な
るダンボール箱に関係なく、共通して用いられること
が、可能になった。又、流れ作業においても、敏速に箱
開閉止めクリップを装着することができるため、時間の
ロスを必要最低限内でおさえることが可能である。使用
方法は、ダンボール箱のフタとなる四面のツバを外側に
折り曲げ、その状態のまま箱開閉止めクリップの内側面
（図１ａ部）を、ダンボール箱のコーナー内側面に沿っ
て上部から差しこむ。（図３ｂ部参照） 以上の工程をダンボール箱の対角に各１個づつ差し込む
ことにより、ダンボール箱の四面のツバが箱の外側で固
