Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating panel which hardly causes a problem such as curving even when enlarged by providing a frame body formed of metal, and a back plate, an intermediate plate, and a front plate which are made of resin. SOLUTION: A resin-made back plate 2, a resin-made intermediate plate 3 and a resin-made front plate 4 are provided within the frame of a metallic frame body 1 formed into a window frame shape by use of a zinc plated steel plate or aluminum extruded material. The resin-made front plate 4 has a sound absorbing opening part 5. A sound absorbing material 6 such as rock wool or glass wool is provided between the resin-made back plate 2 and the resin- made front plate 4, and sound insulating function is attained by the actions of an air layer 7 and the sound absorbing material 6. Since the frame body 1 is made of metal, the reduction in strength at high temperature is minimized, and a strength necessary for enlargement can be ensured. Further, since the back plate 2, the intermediate plate 3, and the front plate 4 are made of resin, radio wave jamming in the neighborhood by interruption and reflection of radio waves can be reduced.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a soundproof wall for expressways, there is a soundproof panel which is said to be a unified type of Japan Highway Public Corporation. This soundproof panel is shown in FIG. 3 (a) is a perspective view, and FIG. 3 (b).
Is a front view, and FIG. 3 (c) is a sectional view taken along line BB of FIG. 3 (b). As shown in FIG. 3C, a sound absorbing material 6 made of glass wool, rock wool, or the like is placed in a box 8 which is entirely made of metal and has a sound absorbing opening 5 on its front surface.
Is used as a road side wall to form a road soundproof wall. In this case, the metal box 8 causes radio wave interference such as radio wave reflection and radio wave shielding.
There are problems such as enormous cost being required.

Therefore, a soundproof wall capable of preventing radio interference has been studied. For example, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-111804, there is a continuous louver type sound inlet opening on the outermost side of the sound source, and the sound insulating plate is a sound It is formed in a channel shape so as to hold the inlet opening and accommodate the sound absorbing material, and the opening and the sound insulating plate are mainly made of a reinforced plastic in which continuous fibers are oriented in the longitudinal direction. A soundproof wall made of a reinforced plastic that is integrated with metal fittings to prevent radio wave interference. "Is disclosed as a soundproof wall having excellent radio wave permeability. However, the sound insulation wall proposed in JP-A-4-111804 is
Since the frame except for both ends is also made of reinforced plastic, there is a problem that the frame is bent when exposed to the hot sun for a long time, and it is difficult to increase the size.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION An embodiment of a radio wave transmission type soundproof panel of the present invention will be described with reference to the perspective view of FIG. 1 (a), the front view of FIG. 1 (b) and the sectional view of FIG. 1 (c). explain. Note that FIG. 1C is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of FIG. As shown in FIG. 1A, the radio wave transmission type soundproof panel of the present invention includes a metal frame body 1 formed in a window frame shape by a galvanized steel plate, an extruded material of aluminum or the like. And FIG.
As shown in (c), a resin back plate 2, a resin middle plate 3, and a resin front plate 4 are provided in the frame of the metal frame body 1. Since these are made of resin, radio waves are transmitted. can do. A sound absorbing opening 5 is formed in the resin front plate 4. The shape of the sound absorbing opening 5 is not particularly limited, and may be formed as a slit by making the resin front plate 4 into a louver shape as shown in FIG. 1C, for example. When the resin front plate 4 has a louver shape, the louver-shaped aggregate is referred to as a resin front plate 4. Further, in the radio wave transmission type soundproof panel of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1C, an air layer 7 is provided between the resin back plate 2 and the resin intermediate plate 3, and the resin intermediate plate 3 and the resin intermediate plate 3 are provided. A sound absorbing material 6 such as rock wool or glass wool is arranged between the front plates 4, and the air layer 7 and the sound absorbing material 6 work to achieve a soundproof function. As the sound absorbing material 6, rock wool, glass wool or the like covered with a film of fluororesin or the like may be used. In the present invention, it is desirable to use a resin plate made of a polycarbonate resin as the resin back plate 2, the resin middle plate 3 and the resin front plate 4. Because the polycarbonate resin plate is strong against impact, it can also serve as a fence to prevent scattering of scattered objects from the running car outside the highway, and because it is self-extinguishing, it causes a car accident, etc. This is because there is an advantage that there is a low risk of burning in the event of fire. By coating the surface of the radio wave transmission type soundproof panel of the present invention with an acrylic paint, an inorganic paint, a paint having a property of absorbing or reflecting ultraviolet rays, it is possible to provide excellent weather resistance.

Here, the difference in the occurrence of radio interference due to the difference in the soundproof panel will be described with reference to the conceptual diagram of FIG. FIG.
(A) is a case where a conventional metal box type soundproof panel is used as the road side wall 15, and the front side of the road side walls 15 and 15 is reflected when viewed from the radio wave transmission source 11 such as a television broadcasting station. A shielding obstacle area 13 occurs on the side where the obstacle area 12 crosses the road side walls 15, 15. In the reflection obstruction area 12 and the shielding obstruction area 13 as described above, it is necessary to take countermeasures against radio wave obstruction that requires enormous cost such as installation of a common antenna. On the other hand, FIG. 2B shows a case where the soundproof panel according to the present invention is used as the road side walls 15 and 15. Since the soundproof panel according to the present invention transmits radio waves, the reflective obstacle area 12 and the shielding obstacle area 13 are The range becomes smaller. The area shown by the broken line pattern in FIG. 2 (b) shows the obstacle reduction area 14 in which the radio disturbance is reduced by using the soundproof panel according to the present invention.
