ボタン電話主装置との通信を行うボタン電話インタフェ
ース部と、音声データを圧縮、伸張する音声処理部と、
圧縮された音声データを蓄積する音声蓄積部と、この音
声蓄積部に蓄積されている音声データを編集する音声編
集部と、電話機のボタン操作時間を監視し、ボタン入力
の有効無効を判定するタイマとを備え、録音されたメッ
セージを再生中に電話機のあるボタンを押している間の
メッセージの部分削除、別々のメッセージの任意の箇所
同士をつなぎ合わせて１つのメッセージにするメッセー
ジの切り貼り、メッセージ中の任意の箇所へのコメント
の録音の編集を行うことができるように構成されたボイ
