然芝養生ゾーンとからなり、天然芝養生ゾーンの天然芝
パネルの搬入により屋内競技場の競技ゾーンを芝生グラ
ンドとして使用できる多目的競技場において、 上記屋内競技場の競技ゾーンを囲む常設観客席ゾーンの
一部を、該競技ゾーンとほぼ同一幅に開口して、上記天
然芝養生ゾーンと競技ゾーンの中間に、上記天然芝パネ
ルや資材などの搬出入スペース、ステージなどの設置ス
ペースとして利用可能な開口ゾーンを設けてなることを
